Ashleigh is absolutely great, she's been doing my hair for years now and I don't trust anyone else to do as good a job as she does. Everyone is friendly and inviting and it's a great trip to get my hair done

Excellent service as always from beginning to end. My stylist who I had originally booked in with was ill but the salon were so accommodating & managed to squeeze me in which was v impressive.
Michael knew exactly what it was I wanted with my colour and carried it out perfectly. Really happy with my “Money Piece”.
Hannah was also lovely & v friendly.
Leah, who cut my hair a few days previous, did a wonderful job also.
Would highly recommend Serenity to all.
As an aside, I did notice & comment today on how committed the staff were at cleaning all surfaces in between clients.

FINALLY!! I have found a place in Hastings where i can get my beauty and hair treatments all done under the same roof. Ellinor gave me the most incredible Elemis facial and back massage which made me nearly fall asleep, she is so professional, kind and an all round amazing Beautician! 10/10. I then went over to the talented Vicky for a beautiful blowdry which is not easy on my hair as I have tape-extensions but she just knows how to handle them well, i cannot fault her in anyway. All the staff at Serenity are friendly and I just love going there.

Lovely few hours with Vicky who transformed my hair, blending in a few inches of dark roots and cutting it shorter. Love coming to Serenity, everyone is so friendly, making sure that I am happy with my hair every step of the way. The salon was spotless as usual. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had to wait for a little while but I then had a lovely hair wash and massage followed by a great cut from Lia who carefully curled my hair after blow drying it.

Enjoyed my head massage, had a nice tray of coffee and then a super cut and blow dry by Mark. ? Whats not to like.???

Where to start - AMAZING! Felt like a new man coming out of the salon, total relaxation (nearly putting me to sleep) during the massage and then the facial has done wonders for my skin. Can’t thank Ellinor and the team enough for making me feel so welcome - highly recommend!

Ashleigh was extremely welcoming and gave guidance on future treatments. My initial gel paint lasted over 2 weeks and when it came for my next treatment, Ashleigh remembered exactly what I liked! Thoroughly impressed!
