This was my second time at Serenity and Lia is fantastic. I had no photos for style ideas but she knew exactly what to do! Serenity is also a wonderful salon, I cannot recommend it enough!! Nothing better than treating yourself to a hair cut and a confidence boost.

Good haircut and good experience with fantastic hairdresser

I don’t usually have my hair done on a Monday, but needed an appointment for a special event. The salon was quieter and more relaxing for me than later on in the week with relaxing music. Lia was very professional and l was happy with the results. Rachel gave me a very nice head massage and took great care washing and drying my hair. As usual all the staff were friendly and interested in their customers.

There’s something very special about Serenity. Ellinor just makes you feel relaxed and the treatment she offers is always second to none. Feel like a princess :)

I am always happy with the cut and colour I get at Serenity. Friendly professional with theraphies beyond hair dressing.

Ellinor is a such a skilled beauty therapist; she is professional and warm and created a lovely and calm atmosphere in the treatment room. I had a 1/2 hour neck and shoulder massage followed by an hour long Elemis facial which was heaven, I can’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed and my skin looks and feels amazing.

Ellinor is very efficient, professional and always up beat. I have several treatments done by her and she does everything so well. Thoroughly recommend serenity and the whole team

Kim the therapist gave me a very good massage. But the therapist room was very cold & the towels & bedding was cold, I kept my jeans & socks on because it was so cold, the heater was on but not efficient to warm the room. Last year I had a massage and the room was cosy & nice warm towels

What a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable experience having my hair done at Serenity. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is rushed. My hair felt cared for and I will definitely be returning on a regular basis. There is such a good energy in the salon. Thankyou.

Ellinor always pays attention to detail which is important with waxing treatments.
Salon atmosphere was calm as the music was not as loud as it has been in the past.

Always a lovely, relaxing, fun time and Vicky was as excited as I was to get my hair to where I wanted it! Really happy with the results. Loved every minute I was there and Rachael the apprentice was really attentive, warm and professional.

As usual at Serenity, I had a very professional treatment and a relaxing time. Abbie added a wonderful warmth to my hair, just to the top of my crown, and calmed down the colour to the ends. It looks and feels amazing! She also stayed late to finish my blow dry professionally and beautifully!!

Mark saves the day once again! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my hair colour again. Mark is the nicest, sweetest hairdresser and always gets my cut and colour spot on

Amazing! Abbie is fantastic and has such a gorgeous colour on my hair. As an autistic woman I find hairdressers hard but serenity always makes me feel comfortable.

I was really grateful to get a speedy response to my Instagram message on Sunday, asking if I could have an appointment on Monday or Tuesday. Everything was lovely as usual, from being greeted and welcomed, to the initial chat with Vicky to confirm styling and then hair wash & complimentary head massage, and then Vicky’s expert cutting & styling. The salon always looks attractive. Such a well-run business. Very happy to have my hairstyling looked after at Serenity!

I had my first ever balayage with Abbie today, and I'm over the moon with how it turned out! Abbie took lots of time to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted, and made me feel really comfortable.

I am a bit anxious of touch so a massage was never something I have been interested in, that is until Ellinor. Abbie my amazing hair stylist at Serenity , recommended a massage with Ellinor as I have been experiencing severe body pain and migraines. I booked in for a back, neck, and shoulder massage and was amazed at how great I felt after. I subsequently booked another ,and then took the plunge to an Indian head massage , and oh my gosh it was amazing. Ellinor is a talented therapist and a very kind soul. I am now hooked on massage for the therapeutic,as well as the relaxation benefits! Book in with Ellinor! You won’t be disappointed! She has magic hands! Thank you Serenity!
