The best cut and colour I have had in years. I wanted hair that was suitable to present CNN. I got it! The whole afternoon was glorious, amazing head massage from Beth too. I left feeling like I had rediscovered myself again. Rested and invigorated in equal measure.

I have been getting my hair cut & coloured by Vicky for a few years now & she always does a fab job. Vicky has a lovely, friendly, relaxed manner & listens to what you'd like and takes time to look at options. A skilled stylist & colourist.

I have been to Abbie three times since I moved back to Hastings. She is always fast , professional and helpful and is very considerate of my needs as a clinically vulnerable person in terms of covid! All the salon staff are professional friendly and unpretentious. Highly recommend

Changing hairdressers is always stressful but went to Serenity and had a chance to sit down and talk with Mark about what I was looking for before I made my appointment. I felt like he really listened and was reassured. Had my first appointment today and I'm so happy with my haircut and the service. I've definitely found my new stylist!

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair but Mark. My hair was awful frail and thin but since seeing Mark regularly my hair has got thicker and healthier

I was welcomed into the salon, Michael showed me to my chair and as always, Vicky has given me a lovely haircut. I asked to go back to my pre #lockdown1 short hair and I’m so pleased with my new style! My hair was also shampoo’d carefully by Beth and I was given a relaxing, complimentary head massage. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Vicky had done my patch test & pre appt consultation- she gave me lots of advice & info. She clearly knows her stuff.. Lia did my colour so carefully and is really gentle with the foils. The result is fantastic. Vicky cut my hair at the end & it’s the best cut I’ve had for ages. They really look after you here. The young lady who washed my hair was great at massage . … and the coffee was PROPERLY nice ?

Abbie from day one has always done the best from saving my hair to making it so lovely & adjusting to my last minute changes! Xx

Ellinor was as friendly as ever. Very relaxed atmosphere and unlike some other salons I have been to I never have a red or sore face afterwards.

As usual haircut was great. Abbie is always friendly. Very satisfied with the result.

Lia was calm and friendly, putting me at easy straight away. I asked for ideas to restyle me hair which she gave, with options how to vary it and how to style it at home. I came away so impressed and happy I now have a fabulous hairdresser. Thank you to Beth too for the lovely hair wash and head massage.

I've recently moved to Hastings and thought I'd give this local salon a try. What a piece of luck! Vicky is lovely as well as very good at her job and the salon has a relaxed and calm atmosphere and uses a lot of gorgeous organic products.

Ashleigh is the best, she tells you what you need and then does it perfectly. Thank you to Serenity for making us feel beautiful as always

Ashleigh suggested hair highlight colours to have, together with new layers & cut. She carried them out fantastically well. I am delighted with the result. My hair looks fabulous & I love the colour now.

First time I've been to this salon , I was made very welcome .Lia listened to what I wanted can't fault her very professional happy with my cut and blowdry. I have booked my next appointment looking forward to having a colour done in the near future.
