Choosing a new hair and beauty salon can be as daunting as choosing a new hair style! Here at Serenity in the heart of the Hastings Old Town we offer a warm and relaxed atmosphere with a professional team that are dedicated to ensure each and every client leaves fully satisfied and looking forward to their next visit, whether its they're first or hundredth. We are home to your entire hair and beauty needs. So whether you are treating yourself or a loved one you are sure to find the perfect treatment when you pay us a visit. We are all highly experienced and fully qualified stylists and beauty therapists who offer a professional, creative service and will listen and advise you either on a hair style, beauty treatment or a tanning session. Mark has been brilliant. Saved my hair after a lockdown bleach disaster. Bought it back from major breakages and candy floss texture to healthy strong hair. Still bleach blonde but super healthy. Love my cut too. Tried a bob and now have a gorgeous pixie cut.

At Serenity it’s always a very relaxing and very friendly experience but today most needed. I didn’t really care about my looks & hair because I felt so flat due to being in pain most of the week & didn’t really want Mark to put in his usual attention to making my hair look fabulous. But he went ahead non the less and he knows what I need anyway. It was such a boost. I felt looked after, head massaged, found myself relaxed and happy, and as usual came out of the salon with a really great hair cut and style and feeling a whole lot better than I did when I went into the salon.

My daughter had her ears pierced here today. It was really nice in serenity and everyone we spoke to was very friendly. I’d had good communication from them in the lead up to the appointment and we were taken through as soon as we arrived. I can’t remember the name of the lady who did her ears but she was really friendly and tried her best to put our daughter at ease and did a great job of the piercing. Very happy, thank you!

I cannot thank you enough,, she done an amazing job on my hair, my main concern before I sat in the chair was that my hair was going to be brushed really badly that it would break my hair and this was not the case, she was so gentle my hair felt like it was it in the best of hands.... As for my hair being washed as well thank you so much for that girl she had amazing technique and made it feel really luxurious. I will most definitely be going again, looking forward to when I rebook..... See you all very soon xx
