Choosing a new hair and beauty salon can be as daunting as choosing a new hair style! Here at Serenity in the heart of the Hastings Old Town we offer a warm and relaxed atmosphere with a professional team that are dedicated to ensure each and every client leaves fully satisfied and looking forward to their next visit, whether its they're first or hundredth. We are home to your entire hair and beauty needs. So whether you are treating yourself or a loved one you are sure to find the perfect treatment when you pay us a visit. We are all highly experienced and fully qualified stylists and beauty therapists who offer a professional, creative service and will listen and advise you either on a hair style, beauty treatment or a tanning session. Very peaceful relaxing facial on heated and very comfortable treatment couch. ELINOR is a very competent and kind therapist who puts you at ease. I have the Elemis facial combined with Cool lift facial. Skin feels like silk afterwards. Highly recommended.

Receptionists are always polite & helpful on the phone. Michael always cuts to the shape of the head and knows exactly what’s works and what doesn’t. He also doesn’t try to sell products which a lot of hairdressers do.

I see Ellinor regularly for massage and she’s incredible. Always has a genuinely warm smile on her face, no matter the time of day. Very kindly listens to me moan about my week! Instinctively knows when you want to chat and when you want to snooze - and, is an incredible masseuse, I really don’t know what I do without her. Highly, highly recommend! Lovely salon, high-end products, relaxed but professional environment. Best massage in town by a mile.

Ashleigh gave me a fabulous pedicure, my feet look great and I feel very pampered. The salon has proper pedicure chairs, with optional massage so you can really relax. Yesterday I had my first facial at Serenity, a special March deal combined with hairdressing. I was very pleased with the Beautician Kim. She is knowledgeble about skin & products, has comforting hands, and with every move around the face, I felt more relaxed. The products she used were just right for me, heavenly scented with aromaoils, smooth and nurtouring. My skin looked radiant after the treatment. 25 mins was great, but 55 mins will be my aim for next time?
