Mark really knows how to work with curls and he listens to what I would like. I'm so happy with the look, just what I was after. And he talked through how to dry it at home for best effect.

I had a Indian Head Massage, it was so relaxing I actually fell asleep. Eleanor was welcoming and friendly.

Very peaceful relaxing facial on heated and very comfortable treatment couch. ELINOR is a very competent and kind therapist who puts you at ease. I have the Elemis facial combined with Cool lift facial. Skin feels like silk afterwards. Highly recommended.

My nails were not in a good state after doing lots of gardening lately. Elinor transformed them very quickly. I was very pleased with how they looked afterwards.

I was extremely happy in every respect with my Serenity experience. From the very warm welcome, to the very helpful consultation, the very sweet hair-washer/junior, and the excellent and very personable stylist. Thank you all. I definitely will be returning. A most satisfied client.

Receptionists are always polite & helpful on the phone. Michael always cuts to the shape of the head and knows exactly what’s works and what doesn’t. He also doesn’t try to sell products which a lot of hairdressers do.

I really rate Serenity for waxing. I’ve had a few different beauticians and each of them has been brilliant; so kind, so fast, and always able to put me at ease. The result is always perfect.

Great experience all round. Mark fully listened to my requests and expertly delivered which is great as my hair is very tricky. Mark has a great personality, immediately making you feel at ease.

From start to finish it's always a great experience visiting the salon. Over the years, Vicky has done a fabulous job and I always leave happy!

So relaxing. Excellent deep pressure that has helped release the rocks in my back! Did not want to get off the couch at the end!

I am really happy with my highlights done by Lia. And a lovely hair wash by Rachel! A very relaxed atmosphere which made a comfortable and enjoyable service. Definitely recommend!

I see Ellinor regularly for massage and she’s incredible. Always has a genuinely warm smile on her face, no matter the time of day. Very kindly listens to me moan about my week! Instinctively knows when you want to chat and when you want to snooze - and, is an incredible masseuse, I really don’t know what I do without her. Highly, highly recommend! Lovely salon, high-end products, relaxed but professional environment. Best massage in town by a mile.

Visited for a touch up and, as always, Mark does a fantastic colour that I get so many compliments. He rejuvenates my curls and my hair feels fabulous too. Love it!

I’d definitely recommend Ellinor, not only is she hugely experienced and professional but she’s also lovely to chat to and always makes you feel at ease.

The appointment was for my granddaughter prior to having a colour on her hair. We received excellent care and she made us both confident so we booked an appointment for the following week.

Ashleigh gave me a fabulous pedicure, my feet look great and I feel very pampered. The salon has proper pedicure chairs, with optional massage so you can really relax. 'Proper' coffee, a huge choice of good quality polish and Ashleigh's skill and personable approach definitely enhanced the experience. Highly recommended.

It's always a very professional yet friendly experience at Serenity. I go regularly for a wax and also for pampering massages to with Ellinor. She's the best wax I've ever had, so quick and thorough. All the different treatments I've had have all been wonderful too, thank you

Kalina always comes up trumps with the colour of my hair. Even if I changed my mind. She works with each strand of hair, and gets it just right. She’s brilliant!!
