Here at Serenity in the heart of the Hastings Old Town we offer a warm and relaxed atmosphere with a professional team that are dedicated to ensure each and every client leaves fully satisfied and looking forward to their next visit, whether its they're first or hundredth. We are home to your entire hair and beauty needs. So whether you are treating yourself or a loved one you are sure to find the perfect treatment when you pay us a visit. We are all highly experienced and fully qualified stylists and beauty therapists who offer a professional, creative service and will listen and advise you either on a hair style, beauty treatment or a tanning session. I’ve started my new hair journey with Vicky to get the hair colour I wish for. She’s extremely knowledgeable regarding colour but was also honest with me that right now my hair is not in the best condition to be able to achieve my desired result which i hugely appreciate, she went over a few options with me and we’ve come up with a plan to be able to eventually reach my result with treatment options, I had a Fusio dose which has left my hair feeling amazing I can already feel the difference! Everyone in the salon is friendly and helpful, Looking forward to the next session!

Ellinor was calm, attentive and professional which made me feel I was in safe hands. There is nothing I can think of that would have improved my experience except having to fill in a ridiculous form prior to the booking which was very questionable in terms of content and professional formatting - this did not reflect the service I received.

Showed the stylist some pictures and told her I tend to wear my head curly with layers to lighten it, also discussed a fringe. The haircut I have couldn’t be more different. She went for a blunt cut, dried it straight without asking, and then said she didn’t think a fringe would work. Very disappointed and not even offered a drink.

I ws sooo, disappointed to my hairstyle, as there was no hairstyle i went out as i came in, she only took a quarter inch off after asking her to take more, she , did see a picture of what i wanted as i took one in to show, she blow dries, put in rollers as i do myself, and it did look nice, nothing anyone cannot achieve by doing it themselves. I never complain but this was beyond a joke a £78 joke, sorry but i had to complain. Christine Caton
