Here at Serenity in the heart of the Hastings Old Town we offer a warm and relaxed atmosphere with a professional team that are dedicated to ensure each and every client leaves fully satisfied and looking forward to their next visit, whether its they're first or hundredth. We are home to your entire hair and beauty needs. So whether you are treating yourself or a loved one you are sure to find the perfect treatment when you pay us a visit. Really lovely, great colour.
But I realised when I got home my hair was not a straight cutt like I had last time which mark did, and I asked for it to be all the same length. I have some bits slightly longer than others at the front section of my hair.
Other than that very very happy with my visit, love the colour and left very relaxed. Was well looked after. Thank you

This is the fourth time I have used Serenity and the first time I have been disappointed. I booked a gel manicure. My appointment was 20 minutes late starting because a customer having their hair done was ‘squeezed in’ without an appointment. There was no apology to me for the delay, I wasn’t offered any refreshment until I asked, I felt the process was rushed at the start and I wasn’t as satisfied with the finish as I had been on previous appointments. Not the experience I was expecting.

My second visit and so very pleased with Mark's artistry, skill and care in colour and blow dry: my husband picked me up and , unusual for him, noticed immediately the new bounce, movement and richness of colour in my hair. Mark takes great care to improve hair health too. Trust him completely.
I look forward to my next visit before a big long- haul trip in late July.
