Choosing a new hair and beauty salon can be as daunting as choosing a new hair style! Here at Serenity in the heart of the Hastings Old Town we offer a warm and relaxed atmosphere with a professional team that are dedicated to ensure each and every client leaves fully satisfied and looking forward to their next visit, whether its they're first or hundredth. We are home to your entire hair and beauty needs. So whether you are treating yourself or a loved one you are sure to find the perfect treatment when you pay us a visit. We are all highly experienced and fully qualified stylists and beauty therapists who offer a professional, creative service and will listen and advise you either on a hair style, beauty treatment or a tanning session. This is the fourth time I have used Serenity and the first time I have been disappointed. I booked a gel manicure. My appointment was 20 minutes late starting because a customer having their hair done was ‘squeezed in’ without an appointment. There was no apology to me for the delay, I wasn’t offered any refreshment until I asked, I felt the process was rushed at the start and I wasn’t as satisfied with the finish as I had been on previous appointments. Not the experience I was expecting.

My second visit and so very pleased with Mark's artistry, skill and care in colour and blow dry: my husband picked me up and , unusual for him, noticed immediately the new bounce, movement and richness of colour in my hair. Mark takes great care to improve hair health too. Trust him completely.
I look forward to my next visit before a big long- haul trip in late July.

Very peaceful relaxing facial on heated and very comfortable treatment couch. ELINOR is a very competent and kind therapist who puts you at ease. I have the Elemis facial combined with Cool lift facial. Skin feels like silk afterwards. Highly recommended.
