Shannon always makes me feel comfortable when I come to the salon. She’s highly skilled and listens to what you are wanting to try and achieve. I am always pleased with the results I get after visiting. The trainee stylists are always friendly, caring and show and interest in you and the serfvice is always smooth and easy

Lisa was amazing, she broke down the cost of my treatment and also got my hair exactly how I wanted it. Lisa was very welcoming made me feel very relaxed.

I had a tint regrowth and cut with Chloe today and she was fabulous! She was so lovely and worked to such a high standard. The whole salon experience was brilliant!

I had an outstanding experience at Saks. Jake was very friendly and approachable. He carefully listened to what I wanted done to my hair and did exactly what I asked for. All the products he used were really good and left my hair smelling amazing.
I always enjoy coming to Saks, the atmosphere is fabulous, not to mention their delicious hot chocolate and biscuits :)

On a recent visit to Exeter and with no plans for a visit to a hair salon I walked past Saks and loved its vibe. I went in and asked for a same day appointment. Very fortunately Ellie (salon owner) had time for me and I had a very rewarding experience on many levels. From the massage chair to the head massage to the engaging conversation with Ellie and a new haircut I love. I've booked my next appointment already!

Chloe did a great job of sorting out my hair after I had tried to cut it myself previously! She was very friendly and patient and my hair looks great.

I enjoyed my hair wash and blow dry. Jake was very good and always asked if i was ok with water temperature and heat temperature.

I was harriets colour and cut model for an assessment and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, I was greeted by a lovely smiley receptionist who asked if I’d like any thing to drink , met by Harriet from the sofa and taken to my chair , my hair colour and cut was discussed and I had a lovely shampoo and head massage from jake supervised by Harriet as he was also an apprentice, extremely polite chap . A very confident stylist for a junior which put me at ease and I really enjoyed my experience and was delighted with the results , great salon atmosphere and staff
