I was harriets colour and cut model for an assessment and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, I was greeted by a lovely smiley receptionist who asked if I’d like any thing to drink , met by Harriet from the sofa and taken to my chair , my hair colour and cut was discussed and I had a lovely shampoo and head massage from jake supervised by Harriet as he was also an apprentice, extremely polite chap . A very confident stylist for a junior which put me at ease and I really enjoyed my experience and was delighted with the results , great salon atmosphere and staff

This was my first time visiting a Saks salon and I was so impressed.
Freya was very friendly, took the time to listen and find out about my hair and the style I wanted. And took her time to make sure I was happy. I am so pleased with my new hair cut. It’s one of the best cuts I’ve had. Freya is a credit to your team and will make an excellent stylist.
The salon itself is beautiful. I loved the massaging chairs when having my hair washed. And loved the head massage.
All the team looked happy and friendly.

Lisa and Josie were great….as usual. Lisa is very good at listening to her clients and she always cares about them. Josie does a great head massage and is a happy and helpful member of the team. Great team.

A very talented young hairdresser who puts a great deal of effort into her work at SAKS. She has natural skill and empathy plus a discreet manner if need be.. Expect Chloe to achieve advance level without any worry. Well done.

I had been looking for a new hairdresser after the last one relocated miles away. My hair has been neglected and desperately needed attention. I saw Imogen at Saks Exeter who sorted it out and I left with an excellent hair cut. Great staff and smart salon where they make a lot of effort to look after their customers.
