I have had my hair cut by Jon for over a year and am always happy with the cut and finish. I have had my hair coloured and love it, I get very nervous when I have my hair cut but Jon always recommends what he thinks and listens to what I want too. I normally change salons quite a bit but have built much trust and loyalty towards SAKS Chester. The salon is lovely as well, great environment and very professional. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Not being local, took a chance when booking, do not regret it. Circumstances changed from my initial booking but Jon couldn't have been more accommodating, and bearing in mind the booking was for 2 this was really appreciated. The service was 1st class and will use again when in Chester. If you're local give Saks a try, Jon and Jen were fabulous.

Love going to see Nikki she always sorts my colour and cut so it is perfect. Everyone in the salon is really friendly and helpful. Appointments are a nice bit of me time.

Been going to saks Chester for around 8 years now (started going when I moved to Chester for University and got a voucher at freshers fair!) and would never go anywhere else. Jon is just fabulous he always makes my experience amazing! He has been doing my hair for around 3 years now. My hair is always in great condition thanks to his honest and constructive advise. He is truly a hairdresser you can trust and will tell you if something won't work. In fact I don't even have to tell him what I want anymore I just leave it up to him and his genius :) - all the staff are truly brilliant, friendly, lovely and super accommodating. It's a high end salon with a friendly laid back feel and that to me couldn't be more perfect x

Stacey did a wonderful job on my hair on Saturday. She managed to get the colour exactly how I imagined it to be as it had gone a bit too yellow and she worked her magic. I also had a bit of a restyle, very happy with the cut. Thank you Stacey. See you in September.

Lovely head massage and massage seat. Best coffee I've had in a salon and kept being topped up. Nice cut and lovely shiny colour. Best hairdressers around. Very friendly too

I have been looking for someone to cut my hair since my hairdresser moved my hair. I have finally found someone! I have had the exact hair cut that I wanted to achieve, as a new mum having an easy quick manageable style with very thick hair was a big ask but I've styled it myself, the ultimate test and it is perfect!Thank you!!!

For someone who is terrified of trying anything new at hairdressers, I was made to be brave in a really lovely way. Both, my stylist, Jurgita and the other stylist who seemed to be training whilst taking time to talk about colour with me, we're just great and understood my silly fear and made me feel OK to go with their recommendation. I have received great complimentary on my hair, too! Will be a Saks visitor forever from now on...

Top salon, amazing stylists, who really know all there is to know about hair, they really listen and treat you as an individual. First class.

I am really pleased with my new hair colour. Great care was taken to get the colour I wanted without causing damage to my hair. I also received good advice about the colour beforehand and advice about after treatment.

I usually get my hair coloured & cut by Nikki, who is so lovely & brill with my hair, but she as she was already busy today, so I booked in with Stacey instead. Stacey was lovely to chat to, really friendly & was very particular about following what I usually have done by Nikki.
