Danielle was really friendly & professional. My daughter wanted a new hair style ready for high school. She talked her through having layers and bangs & how to style them herself. She made her feel at ease & she was really happy with the result. I’ve made an appointment with her myself for next week.

Have been to Ellie before and find her very friendly and professional, always pleased with the results.

My first time at the salon as my usual stylist had left the area.
Danielle made me feel most welcome. I had colour cut and finish this was about £50 more than I usually pay but feel this was well spent as Danielle cut and cared for my hair to its former glory.
Everything was explained and I was offered and advised along the way.
I was very pleased with the colour work and cut and I have already booked for my second appointment.
The decor is very inner city style and likens itself to top salons in city centres tasteful and relaxing.

I do have one negative comment which I felt let's the salon down
There is a station in the middle of the floor for clients coffee.
The whole coffee experience was quite a shock for this style of salon the cups and saucers are the white Pyrex style the coffee is from a large filter machine and it was awful really bad cold and like tar no biscuits no spoon.
Many salons as a basic have a menu with choice of coffee tea water and juice.
I will take a drink with me next time so I don't have to repeat.

I had every colour of brown blond and some white hair when I went to see Danielle to save me!! At the finish it was a great colour, silky to touch and lovely cut. Great fun and professionalism thank you.

Danielle did a great job of cutting and styling my hair. I'm very pleased. She gave me a lot of advice about my hair. On top of that Danielle is so lovely to talk too. I look forward to going back in a few weeks.

Ellie is a fabulous stylist, really loved how Ellie cut and styled my hair ?

Really disappointed.. haircut is not the messy textured look I like.. instead I have a very ageing cut.. and serum just weighs my fine hair down and makes it appear greasy.

I had my first appointment at the salon today with Sarah. I am so so happy with both my experience within the salon and the outcome of my hair, I had an idea in my head of what I wanted and through her amazing consultation and experience, she grasped the exact picture I had and achieved what I wanted but even better! I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone and everyone and I will definitely be returning. Thank you Sarah!

My mistake was not asking for details of whereabouts of salon. As this was my first visit and I “thought” I knew directions but did not check beforehand.
Also had no idea if which Stylist but struck lucky with Sarah who listened to me then explained what would and more importantly would not work. Found the salon expensive - mainly because I bought product used on my hair without asking price ir but thought the result was worth it.

I went in for a prom hair style (+ it was my first time in the salon) and everyone I spoke to was super sweet and accommodating. I left with reassurance my hair would survive til the evening of my prom and felt absolutely amazing when I left. They were willing to try lots of ideas and suggested things all along the way when I wasn’t sure but still let me have the final decision on what I felt most comfortable with. They were even chill with me waiting inside to be picked up. Overall 10/10 experience, willing to be conversational and leave me to my thoughts on occasion. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Thank you Tia for the brilliant hair cut and for giving me what I ask for style wise , I very much look forward to having it coloured on Thursday. A lovely experience from start to finish ❤️❤️❤️

I won't go anywhere else since I visited Saks

Claire is a miracle worker!! I came to Claire after receiving a terrible colour on my hair at a previous salon I felt as though my hair would never look the same again, 2hrs with Claire and my hair was transformed I couldn’t believe it. She is so lovely and open and makes you feel completely comfortable from day one couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Tia was really helpful and professional. listened to what i wanted and checked in with me several times throughout the appointment. overall a great service

First time I had met Ellie. She took time to discuss and listened to what I wanted from my hair cut and colour.
I am really happy with the result

Danielle made my daughter feel so settled for her first haircut - so much that I asked would you go back? And she said - ‘only if it’s with Danielle’

Nikki was super thorough and informative throughout, saying what she thought we should do and taking into account what I want as well. She explained everything factually which I really love as it helped me understand what was best for my curly hair and what might not be good. We went with a pinky-bronze on the back and a light beige at the front, and some layers throughout to help lift my curls. I’m pretty sure she knew my curls better than I did because they turned out super bouncy !! I’ve never been anywhere that’s made me feel so comfortable before, as I’m super particular about how I like my hair done, but i felt like I could trust Nikki 100% as soon as I spoke with her! The whole team are super lovely and helped with deciding what I wanted too, so thank you everyone!
