Danielle worked her magic again. She's always ready to listen and provide sound advice. I came away relaxed and re-energised. I've received several compliments about my hair.

Claire not only saved me from a disaster done in another salon she also left me with a beautiful colour better than I could have expected! She is a genius!! And a lovely person too. I am sticking with her!

Had a very relaxing few hours in the salon. Martha was very friendly and did a fab job, I would highly recommend her.

I don’t go for my haircut that often and was a little worry before I went. Not sure what type of style I want. But i felt a lot relax when we discussed about it and I have got a nice looking haircut at the end. I would defo go back again for the colouring and another haircut in months.

i came for my first undercut and i love it, im obsessed! She did a really great job, I appreciate it so much! She offered loads of advice aswell

I walked in feeling I needed to do something different with my hair. Nikki worked her usual magic with a toner, treatment and cut and I left feeling amazing!

I always enjoy a visit to Saks, Chester. I used to dread visiting any hairdresser, but Danielle has turned it into a real pleasure. She never tries to force a cut or style on me, but gives great advice about what can be achieved with my fine flyaway hair and she's a whizz with colour!

I started my hair journey with Claire in Nov 21. I've always been so frustrated with my course, frizzy hair which I'd coloured for 30 yrs. Claire has been brilliant! She is very knowledgeable and I trusted her straight away. She encouraged me to ditch the dye and I now have frizz-free silver locks! The cut is fabby and I regularly get compliments - I no longer stress about my hair, Claire's got it, I couldn't be happier.

I’ve been a regular at Saks Chester for some years now and it’s a very welcoming place. Claire always gives a great cut and highlights. I’m never disappointed with any aspect of my visit.

Wonderful experience I had horrible broken damaged hair and no clue what to do! Danielle took time to talk me through how to look after my hair, and put together a treatment plan. I live my cut and feel so much better with healthier hair

I agree with all the excellent reviews! Nikki has the skills and knowledge to create the perfect hairstyle for every type of hair, on all ages, male or female.

I'd read lots of great reviews about Nikki and the Saks salon and I can say these are all justified! My hair has been given something of a not ideal (ok, bad!) cut and Nikki did a great job fixing the cut and getting rid of all my greys and weird home colouring colours. I cannot recommend her or the salon enough.

After 15 weeks of lock down, a trip to my local salon was very overdue. My hair had grown loads but because fo the cutting skills of the stylists (which are really amazing!) and their invaluable advice about looking after my colour treated hair during lockdown, apart from the 2inches of uncoloured roots, my hair style had totally kept it's shape, and the condition was great. So I couldn't wait to get to the the salon this week, get my colour done and lenght shortened. An amazing salon and team at SAKS Chester!

From the moment I entered the salon I was treated with respect and my wishes were listened to. Nikki cut my hair beautifully explaining what she was doing all the time. She finished my delightful experience with a lovely beard trim.

I must show my gratitude to Jurgita and her colleagues for making me feel relaxed, comfortable and for their warm hospitality & friendly nature. Jurgita always aims to satisfy my wishes and never disappoints. While on a visit to Chester I got my hair cut at Saks.It is the best haircut I have ever had. The staff were so friendly and even managed to fit me in as I had not got an appointent Thak you to the receptionist and the hairdresser

I decided to give this hairdresser a try due to hearing about an opening offer.

From start to finish staff were attentive, friendly, polite, and kind. The service I received was to a high standard throughout.

Jon who did my colour, cut and style talked me through the whole process, explaining each stage as we went on.

I could not get over how different my hair looked. I felt like a completely different person and I left the hairdresser beaming.

I have had many comments on my hair saying how much it suits me and asked where I had it done.

Thank you for looking after me and I will be back. I am very pleased with the result :)

In the past decade I've never gone anywhere else for a haircut.

I view a visit to Saks Chester as a day out. I live in North Wales and look forward to my visit every six weeks. The salon staff are courteous, friendly and always make time to welcome me and check how I would like my hair each time. I would, and indeed do, recommend this salon to everyone.

It was my first visit to this salon in Chester after a recommendation from a family member and I was not disappointed. Jurgita was very welcoming and introduced herself as the stylist who would be cutting my hair. I was seated straight away and offered a beverage shortly after. I have curly hair and needed a good hair cut. After talking over what I wanted doing with my hair I felt Jurgita knew exactly what she was doing. Excellent stylist, really happy with my cut. Would highly recommend.

Jay took her time washing, cutting and finishing my hair. She listened to what I wanted and took the time to understand my unruly hair. After the blowout, my hair was soft, shiny and manageable. I love my new cut too. Jay suggested products to help nourish my hair but there was no pressure and no obligation to buy. She did a great job!
