Had a half leg wax and eyebrow wax, was seen by a lovely girl called Sian, was very friendly and chatty and put me totally at ease. Gave me a lovely service, would happily be seen by her again. Happy customer ????

Such a lovely salon with professional and friendly staff. Have been coming here for years. Always a pleasure to have my hair cut and styled by the lovely Kayla. Includes a seat back massage whilst having hair washed and a head massage before the styling begins accompanied by a hot drink. Lovely. Thank you.

Arcana is the most caring and creative salon I have experienced . When I broke my wrist they stepped in with a hair dressing deal to make it cost effective for me to feel better and more confident with the trauma of the injury .

I have been visiting Arcana's since it opened and Sarah has been cutting and colouring my hair for some time, but since she's left I saw Cara today and she was amazing. She made me feel very welcome and understood me and my hair. All the staff in the salon are friendly and make you feel very welcome. Thank you so much Cara :)

My sons clubbed together to get me a voucher for the special Mother's Day package. It was amazing!! I had an Indian head massage, facial and manicure with Sian and the whole experience was brilliant. Sian is always really friendly and excellent. I've had a number of treatments before and loved every one.

I have only been going to Arcana Salon for
6 months, but the staff are lovely and listen to what you ask for! Last week I went in for my usual haircut, wash and blow dry with Jade and I enquired about adding a colour, she proved very knowledgable and helpful in my decision.
I didn't know they also did beauty treatments, so managed to have an eyebrow tint too, which both were done today. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Had a trial to put my hair up for my sons wedding . The session was professional with fun. Complete understanding of what I wanted which resulted in a style and finish that was exactly what I wanted. I now cannot wait for the actual wedding day. I highly recommend 5 star service

I am a nervous customer who really would prefer to go to the dentist than the hairdressers. Having said the, Sarah really has put me at ease during the time I have been having her cut my hair. She is always professional, polite and really puts you at ease. She also listens to what I want her to do and always checks with me that what she is doing is what I asked. She is a real asset to Arcana and I am so glad I found her.

Fantastic roots and trim with Jayne. I also enjoyed having a mini oplex treatment which has left my hair feeling really smooth.

I had a spa day at Arcana yesterday - 4 hours of complete relaxation and pampering! As always, I was made welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. Sophie was my therapist and we discussed my options for treatments and agreed the best combination for what I wanted - which was to relax. She chatted when I wanted to talk and was quiet when I didn't - I even fell asleep at one point! When I emerged I felt amazing - relaxed, happy and pampered. What more could you want? And all for £60. Exceptional.

My hair ended up exactly how I wanted it to look. 5* all round. Thanks Jody.
