People very nice, I had a problem with my fringe to much blonde put in, I called then to tell them, they told me to come in the next day to rectified it, they couldn't have been nicer.

I have had a fantastic haircut by Danielle today and last week I had a great Indian head massage and facial by Sophie.

The girls and boys at Arcana are amazing. These guys actually care about their customers, listening to what people want and making sure everyone is happy. You won't feel like a number like in most other places. You leave with the exact colour and cut you want and some lovely soft, shiny hair. PS: Baileys Hot Chocolate?! Yes please!

My first ever experience of getting my hair cut at a salon and I was impossibly nervous.
The whole experience was so easy and stress free.

Went in for an initial consultation where we looked at different styles and decided on what I would go for.
Absolutely pampered from start to finish- I was astounded at the results: it didn't look like my hair!

I listened to Sammies recommendations and I'm glad that I did. The colour is fab and no longer yellow from my home dye!! Fabulous cut as always, also enjoyed the giggles whilst Sammie was doing my hair.

Barber cut with Julie 17th Nov. Although she was finishing at 11:30, Julie cut my hair for me after time, which I was very grateful for. Lovely lady, good cut and service. I was looked after well and am very happy.
