There seemed too many staff and not enough room for them all. It feels like they are trying to fit more services in to make more money at the expense of the customers. The place needs redecorating and sprucing up. The service I had was good.
Hi, Im so sorry you were disappointed with your visit. We often work to capacity on weekends and between 5-9pm, these are just such popular times. We also find its more chaotic on a Friday (more so at half terms and around payday) but if you try a Tue/Wed/Thur daytime it will be much less frantic we promise :0) Thanks for the comments RE decorating, we are just awaiting a move into larger premises with our existing landlord here at ShenleyBrookEnd, so a shiny new spacious premises will soon be ours! Today I had my roots touched up with a cut and finish with Jade and gel nails applied with Leigh. Both did an amazing job as always- thank you ????
I love Arcana as the team are very friendly, extremely professional, consistently strong in both hair and beauty services and good value for money. My daughter also love going at ages 12 and 6 which is a testament to the customer service they get.

Very happy with the service. The only thing I thought Was the lack of space for the hairdressers to work as trolleys in the way so they have to swivel the chair round as no room to move., but otherwise happy.

People very nice, I had a problem with my fringe to much blonde put in, I called then to tell them, they told me to come in the next day to rectified it, they couldn't have been nicer.

The girls and boys at Arcana are amazing. These guys actually care about their customers, listening to what people want and making sure everyone is happy. You won't feel like a number like in most other places. You leave with the exact colour and cut you want and some lovely soft, shiny hair. PS: Baileys Hot Chocolate?! Yes please!

Went in for an initial consultation where we looked at different styles and decided on what I would go for.
Absolutely pampered from start to finish- I was astounded at the results: it didn't look like my hair!

I listened to Sammies recommendations and I'm glad that I did. The colour is fab and no longer yellow from my home dye!! Fabulous cut as always, also enjoyed the giggles whilst Sammie was doing my hair.
