Pamper day was lovely today Had some lovely treatments in the beauty room feeling very relaxed and then on to having my hair washed and blowdried followed by cake and tea a good recommend it well worth its money

Quick check in and taken straight off to have my hair washed. Jade clearly knows my hair as my cut was excellent. Could do with a wash down of mirror tables.

As usual an excellent experience. Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Always have a good gossip and a laugh and as usual Jade did a superb job on my unruly mop.

I went in for intimate waxing and for the second time in a row hair was left that I asked to make sure was gone. The same spots were also gone over multiple times to remove very small amounts of hair making the top up last a full hour, this left me very tender long after. The lady doing it was nice and meant well. I may come back, if a different person is available.

Took my 13 year old daughter for a trim.. She has long hair with no layers, so was just a quick trim with an inch off the bottom - took less than 10 mins. I was shocked when I was told it cost £27 - as they class her as an adult!

My 7yo cheeky fidget has had a few different stylists at the salon and they've always been brilliant with him. They discuss what he wants done with him and always check with me.
Always keep to appointment time and a lovely friendly team.

Was up in Milton Keynes visiting family and visited the salon for a re-style as had been reccomended by family who currently visit the salon and was not let down at all. The first time I’ve left a hair salon and been genuinely really pleased with a hair cut. Very impressed, would visit again.

Jane cuts my hair and I find she is a brilliant stylist. All staff are friendly.

Well what an experience this was it was amazing I’ve never felt so comfortable having my hair done before it’s taken me two years to have my hair cut due to a bad experience but I’ve never been so happy with how I walked out I would recommend the salon to everyone and also a back massage chair while having your hair washed just wow!

Excellent cut for my little boy. Normally have Julie for Alexander’s hair but today was a lovey lady called Danni. Alexander loved her. And she did a wonderful job! So thank you, trying to get him out the house for a haircut has always been difficult but since coming to Arcana, he has been great. The lollipops at the end always go down a treat too! Ha! First time to arcana for an eyebrow wax and would highly recommend! Amie was brilliant and I’m teally pleased with my brows. Will definitely be back!!

I wanted to put greeting of hard stare from hairdresser initially down to her just having a bad day. Then realised I was approx 4mins late. I believe clock on wall is approx running 3mins fast. Bad atmosphere continued throughout 45 mins. I thanked her afterwards and then realised she wasn't having a bad day as she very pleasantly said hello with a smile to her next customer. If hadn't been for the look I was given and the unfriendly welcome I would have afforded an apology for running slightly late. Sorry to only write a negative review as you can be assured that otherwise I am always 100% happy every time.
