Been using this Salon for 10yrs. Would recommend. Over the years had a couple of issues but a call to Debbie, soon fixed. That is why I keep going back. Arcana aims to please and go out of their way to do just that. Very helpful and good on advice. Staff are always pleasant.

I have no complaints about my hairdresser. She carried out exactly what I asked for - a light trim. My complaint is that I turned up for an 8:00 pm appointment and left the Shenley brook end salon at precisely 8:12 pm. I had a dry cut had no finish and no product was used and I paid £27 which works out at over £2 a minute. £120 an hour! I would give no stars for value if I was able to. My husband couldn't believe how soon I returned home and thought my appointment must have been cancelled.

Im pleased that the trim was to your satisfaction, we allow 30 minutes for a 'cut only' service and this can include a shampoo if desired at no extra charge, but excludes a blow dry, generally in a dry cut we also dont apply products, but if you wanted any recommendations please do not ever hesitate to ask. Been to numerous salons across Milton Keynes over the years for blow drys however this one I never leave disappointed . The only salon I know to run on time ! Excellent customer service and the Friday blow dry bar is so well priced and leaves you set for the weekend ! Debbie is so welcoming , staff are credit to her .

I have started to use Arcana due to not being happy with the cuts I was getting at other Salons. Since I first went to Arcana I have never been to another salon and their opening hours make it incredibly easy to work around too! Couldn't recommend Arcana and especially Cayla enough.

I had a colour disaster to fix sinMy hairdresser spent a long time with me to make sure she understood what I was looking for and how best to fix it . She was really friendly and chatty and it made what I really don't like (sitting in a salon) enjoyable . The results ? Amazing - hair looks so good you'd never know it was awful beforehand .
