Excellent cut for my little boy. Normally have Julie for Alexander’s hair but today was a lovey lady called Danni. Alexander loved her. And she did a wonderful job! So thank you, trying to get him out the house for a haircut has always been difficult but since coming to Arcana, he has been great. The lollipops at the end always go down a treat too! Ha! First time to arcana for an eyebrow wax and would highly recommend! Amie was brilliant and I’m teally pleased with my brows. Will definitely be back!!

I wanted to put greeting of hard stare from hairdresser initially down to her just having a bad day. Then realised I was approx 4mins late. I believe clock on wall is approx running 3mins fast. Bad atmosphere continued throughout 45 mins. I thanked her afterwards and then realised she wasn't having a bad day as she very pleasantly said hello with a smile to her next customer. If hadn't been for the look I was given and the unfriendly welcome I would have afforded an apology for running slightly late. Sorry to only write a negative review as you can be assured that otherwise I am always 100% happy every time.

I simply wouldn't go anywhere else now. My regular massages with Sian have been one of the best health investments I've ever made. She's an utter professional, a really lovely chatty kind person and really knows how to work out tight knots. The salon has a great atmosphere and everyone is just lovely.

Phoned up this morning on the off chance I could get an appt, as I won't go anywhere else, luckily I got an appt with Jade, for a roots cut and finish, life has been very hard this last couple of months and the lovely jade gave me a wonderful experience we have a lovely chat whilst she is doing my hair, and I am very happy with how my hair looks, the young lady who washed my hair I don't know her name was the best hair wash ever, so thankyou for that. Have been coming to arcana for 11 years and I won't go anywhere else. So thankyou.

Katy my stylist was excellent she spent time with consultation, listened to what was wanted and did an excellent cut and colour. Friendly and welcoming throughout the appointment

Have used this hairdressers for years now highly recommend for hair up and restyling. I had very long hair and recently had it all cut off into a beautiful bob. So happy with my lovely hairdresser Jade she always knows what I like and has never disappointed me.

Never have any complaints. Lovely easy going friendly salon, good prices, excellent service & brilliant stylalists.

The first time i went to this salon, i had a good cut. Second time around not such a good experience. Hair was uneven, had to go back to get it levelled. Difficult to do on a dry cut. Even though the salon got another hairdresser to look and correct the unevenness, difficult to correct without going shorter. Will have to see after a wash but disappointed.
