Booked a last minute massage and facial (2 hours before) and was really happy with it. My skin is glowing again and I feel much more relaxed. Very friendly staff and I’ll certainly be back again!

Always great to see Jane. My hair looks amazing.

No beauty therapist has been able to satisfy Ella (22yrs) with good end result eyebrow waxing - Well Annie has so much so that we have returned for a second treatment yesterday and they look super.

This is a great salon with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Emma who was super professional but also chatty. My colour took longer than expected but Emma continued to take care and attention and did not make me feel like I had put her out in any way or that she was in a rush to get it done despite her staying an hour after her shift had ended! I can't recommend them enough! Thank you so much!

No hair wash even though when I booked I requested my hair be washed first and was told it was included in the cost as it is every time I get my hair cut here. My hair is extremely frizzy/curly yet was cut dry, never had this before, no products used on my hair, left the salon with very big, frizzy hair feeling horrible, didn’t help that the I was asked to go draw cash to pay after waiting 10 minutes for the card machine to connect, asked for a receipt to be told they couldn’t give me one. Not offered a tea/coffee at anytime. Came home upset and had to wash my hair to be able to tame the frizzy and put serum in!

Every time I visit Arcarna is like going to my own spa. The staff are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Emma does my hair for me and is such a lovely lady. She listens to what I want and advises if that would suit me.

Been going for years but this trip had me disappointed. Had a colour recently and have been left with really dry and damaged hair (couldn’t brush through my hair after washing it without copious amount of conditioner). Have gone else where for advice and further treatment to improve my hair. Possibly a one off but really disappointed. Not convinced I’ll go back now.

It’s the 3rd time I’ve been after 2 previous visits and cancelled appointments dir to staffing issues! My hair at the front looks like it’s been hacked into and yeh colour is patchy. To say yet again I’m really disappointed with my style agin is an understatement! I’m now going to have to go else where to get this rectified! For £113 im very VERY disappointed to have given the salon another chance!

Emma cut my hair this evening and she does a lovely job. I feel however 28.50 is a lot of money to pay for just a cut. Emma is very nice and friendly way to talk to and puts me at ease!!
