Fabulous, & loved the OPALEX treatment.

I was on time for my appointment but I wasn't seen for another 30 minutes. No apology. I noticed that the mirrors were dirty. My stylist was able to sort out my hair quickly and I felt confident in her abilities. I do think the place could do with a bit of attention though.

Another enjoyable visit to Arcana. Great staff, fabulous customer service. My stylist Jane is brilliant, I look forward to going.

The young girl was brilliant today, love my haircut thanks to mandy for checking the cut. The staff are always so helpful.

I am a regular at Arcana. I love having my hair done by their highly proffessional and friendly staff. You always feel well looked after and I am always pleased with the results.

It’s the first time I’d been into a salon in over 10 years and was having a restyle so felt pretty nervous but Emma did a great job. I loved how much time she took to get it right and checked in with me along the way. It was a lot she was cutting off! Would definitely be back.

I was very pleased with Emma today, she is really nice, and always remembers me. She is also the best at hair washing! I nearly fell asleep I was so relaxed! I have been visiting this salon for about 6 years and I love it! I always use the graduate scheme as it means I can have a quality hair salon at a great price!!

When I made my appointment I thought there was no hope for my hair, it was beyond repair. The ladies were absolutely fabulous. All of them so friendly and good at what they do. The lady that cut my hair did exactly what I asked... only better. And Ive never loved a hairstyle more. I cannot rate them high enough. I will definitely be back. 5 out of 5 if you want to feel fabulous go and see them!

I have been going to Arcana on and off for many years now so I was already a satisfied customer, but I think today was my top experience. I needed a complete restyle because my hair was a mess. When I left, less than an hour later, I had had the full works from start to finish. My stylist was Toni, who really knows her stuff. She listened to what I wanted, made some helpful and practical suggestions, and then set to work. To say she exceeded my hopes and expectations for what is possible with my hair would not be an exaggeration. Great job, Toni - thank you! And everyone else in the salon was friendly, polite and highly professional - which is usual for the staff at Arcana. I'm booking in with Toni again and I hope to visit more regularly in future.

My family brought me arcana voucher for my birthday because they knew i wanted a restyle. I booked in with sammie and she supported me and advised me though each step as a nervous client due to bad past experience in a different salon (not arcana chain)but sammie was patient and helpful, correcting changes I wanted, we have great chats and most of the team are always happy and cheerful and so big thanks for a great re - style I love it thank you sammie and the team

Pamper day was lovely today Had some lovely treatments in the beauty room feeling very relaxed and then on to having my hair washed and blowdried followed by cake and tea a good recommend it well worth its money
