Sophie is amazing and a perfectionist. I always enjoy my visits and am always delighted with her work.

Sarah did a fantastic job at straightening my hair. She did it in record time (I have sat in for 6 / 7 hour sessions in my prior experiences at other salons). Sarah straightened my hair and a cut - all under 4 hours.

The staff and the owner of the salon are really nice, friendly, very helpful and efficient. I am definitely going back again. My favourite salon so far for hair straightening - I highly recommend it!

Kelly was amazing with me today. I've never dyed my hair and was a little nervous! But she happily discussed a softer colour change (went for an ombré) which left with me feeling happy! Loved the style, and colour. Kelly and her assistant (sorry I can't remember her name, she was pregnant lady) were fab, friendly and would definitely recommend them!

I have been going to Arcana for my hair for over 12 years and have to say each visit I have I have never ever been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Steph has been doing my hair for a very long time and knows what I would like and tells me if I want a change if it's good or bad and gives me her honest views and listens which is so important.
Reception team, Laura especially is always there to sort out my appointments and re arrange for me when I need to.
The whole team at Arcana are fab and I would not go any where else.

I have been coming to Arcana for a few years now and have been delighted every time. Steph is very obliging and listens to what I think I want and Lee who is in beauty is also a very obliging young woman and very helpful. I had a haircut by cara in the academy session and she was wonderful; very careful and took her time so that she would get it perfect. Very pleased.
I also had a colour with Lauren which I was also very happy with - she listened to exactly what I wanted and double checked that I was sure I wanted to go much darker than what I usually have. She covered me up well so that she didn't get any colour on my clothes and even tied back her own blonde hair so she didn't get brown dye on it!
Overall very happy with the salon and will definitely be back. Also clean and tidy despite the girls being busy and the girls all clearly get on well - chatty yet professional. Thanks arcana xxx

I loved the massage chairs while having my colour washed off. I will definitely be returning and will be booking in for some beauty treatments as they sound amazing!

Really enjoyed last visit, Mandy always makes me feel welcome, the massage chair was unexpected and very enjoyable, I am very pleased with the perm Mandy has given me.

I wasn't too happy with my cut from here. The style didn't suit me and even fundamental basics like both sides being the same length weren't met. The salon itself isn't exactly sleek and modern in style and could do with a good dust. I won't be back.

Came in for my hair cut with Sammie. Always a great experience. She asks me what I want and cuts it the way I want it. I wouldn't go to anybody else. The service at Arcana is always great, I always get offered a drink and I feel pretty pampered. Thanks Arcana x

Having white blonde hair for 15 years, finally decided to have a radical change of colour. The service was amazing, the staff friendly, helpfull and professional and I felt totally at ease with the the whole process.

I always leave looking fantastic and feeling confident.
Ashley does a fantastic job every time. She offers great advice with regards to styles and colours and I trust her implicitly.
The salon is busy but always welcoming.

Made appt for my mum. Excellent service and value for money. Jade looked after my mum. Very kind and polite. Hair looked lovely. Made further appt for mum for mum as the cost was very ready - £24.00. Concessions M-F 9:00am-3:00pm.

Gone BRONDE - was going to do it myself but then read dreadful reviews from people who had done just that. Had a consultation with Sammie on Monday who really listened to what I was hoping to achieve and gave constructive advice to make sure that we understood each other.. I was evaluating several salons since highlights and root touch up would be a longterm commitment. Sammie inspired me with confidence and so I booked with her. Today was my appointment and the result is everything I hoped for. I may add a few more streaks but Sammie was spot on with her advice and I am happy to say that I have found my new hairdresser.

Amazing results, so happy with the final outcome, my hair looks exactly as I was hoping it would. Rachel did a amazing job on colouring , cutting and styling my hair. Couldn't be more happier.

I really loved my visit to Arcana. Had a touch up of my roots done with a trim. My hair dresser , Sammie, was friendly and professional. Everything was done as I wanted and we finished on time . Would definitely recommend and visit again. In fact have already told all the people who are complimenting me on my hair !

Brilliant pampering morning! Relaxing and very friendly atmosphere with therapists who really know their stuff and couldn't have made me feel more welcome. Very very pleased with all treatments. Recommended-I'll definitely be returning once baby is born.

Great salon, Love my stylist but this cut is just too layered and set my growth plan back about a year+ I now have a chin length Bob all the way round and a mullet! Straight or curly it feels a mess, roll on a growth spurt :-(

The hairdressing is 1st class. The hair stylists are all polite and good at the job they are trained for.

Lovely time having a gel manicure this morning. Nice to have an hour of me time with your fab beautician (sorry I'm rubbish with names) making me look a little more festive.

After not coming to the salon for a few years I can say the service is still as good as when it first opened the girls are just amazing. Thank-you jade for the amazing cut my hair feels so good and I promise I will take on bored what you said
