Every hair cut I've had at arcana,I've loved! Lovely cut,hair wash,head massage,massage chair and coffee!a real pamper! Visited with 18 year old who loved how carlo cut his hair too!

This is a little gem of a place where you can get all treatments in one place without trampling all over the city. Today I had hair and gel nails done normally I would have had to go to two places for that. Hair cut and blow dry was excellent and after I had my nails done also excellent. Staff are lovely as well as very skilled, next time I will get my HD brows done as well, yes they do that too

Cannot knock the haircuts we received...we both love the cut...but was shocked about the cost..£52.50 seems high to me..lovely ladies..but will be looking for a cheaper service..we were there less than 40 minutes..sorry!
Hi there, glad to hear you were pleased with the cuts; You saw quite a senior level stylist, to keep the costs down you could rebook with a 'basic level' (not newly qualified or training, so still fab for cutting) to make it more affordable, the prices start at £20.50 for just a trim and £30.50 for a wash cut and blow dry which we believe is very reasonable for a salon. Additionally your husband took a 'booked appointment' with a mid level stylist, we also offer a #DropInService all day everyday where he could have traditional barber shop prices (£10.50) on a 'sit and wait' basis with the barber - if he doesnt need the full service of the salon stylists? We also give you 'loyalty points' for every £1 you spend in salon, so to reward loyalty you can earn money off services (£10/£25) as these points build up. We also someitmes have late space prices on Facebook (www.facebook.com/arcanasalon) so it's worth looking for deals on there. We do hope it wont be your last visit to us :0)
I had never coloured my hair before today, and was pretty rubbish at explaining to Bonnie what I wanted, but she understood, showed me colour choices and was really great. Took her time to do it properly and I am absolutely in love with the result. My hair is gorgeous and even better than I imagined. Thank you!

I cannot fault the service I received! I went in with faded red hair and came out with a lovely shade of brown with blonde running through it, it's a complete transformation I'm still amazed with it! i can't thank you enough and in looking forward to when I need to book in again! :-)
