Have my hair and girly beauty taken care of by lovely ladies especially Steph for my hair and Sophie for the rest.
Professional, friendly and always a good job!!

The hairdressing is 1st class. The hair stylists are all polite and good at the job they are trained for.

Lovely time having a gel manicure this morning. Nice to have an hour of me time with your fab beautician (sorry I'm rubbish with names) making me look a little more festive.

After not coming to the salon for a few years I can say the service is still as good as when it first opened the girls are just amazing. Thank-you jade for the amazing cut my hair feels so good and I promise I will take on bored what you said

What a brilliant experience I had during my hair session with Steph, she listened to my many many questions & concerns about my very new short haircut, offered lots of advice & suggestions & did a brilliant cut that I love & can recreate myself at home! The salon had its usual happy, inviting & vibrant atmosphere & I won't hesitate to recommend to others for the future.

Yet again another good trip to Arcana, Sammie my stylist has done a great job really pleased with the cut and colour,my whole family come here and we're very happy, even better on a Monday with 25% off however disappointed Sammie not included in the offer for next year so will work out expensive ????

Yet again another fantastic service by Arcana!!! I said to Kelly I fancied a change and no sooner said than done!! Love it!!

I've been going to Arcana for around 12 or 13 years now, and my entire family has our haircuts there. I have long curly hair and as such always ask for a senior stylist to cut my hair, as it can be hard to get it right. I asked the hairdresser to give me a trim, but to keep my layers. I asked her to take off as little as she can get away with - those exact words. I've lost about 5 inches off the length, and even more off the layers. My hair fell way below my bra strap, and now I can't even plait it, because the layers are so short. There's no graduation in the layers on the right side of my face, there's just a wedge, a huge step. I've been delaying posting this review because I've never left a bad review, least of all for Arcana, where I've always had a great experience up to now. But I am absolutely heartbroken with this hair cut. It's taken me years to get my hair the length I wanted, and she has literally taken over a year's growth off in one go. I hate it. I will score

In October Sammie from Arcana cut my hair into a bob. My hair was quite long before and I was looking for a new look. I wanted a long bob hairstyle as I didn'twant my my hair too short. We discussed the length and cut and I was very happy with the end result. Sammie was very friendly and professional throughout. She took her time when cutting my hair and made me feel valued. I will be visiting Arcana again :-)

I have been visiting thus salon for 10 yrs now and even though I don't choose the same hairdresser every time I always get a first class service. The girls are always friendly, they listen to your wishes and they have always done a great job. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Decided on a new hairstyle, fed up with my old style so went to see Sammie tonight and told her what I wanted. Washed, cut and dried and my hairstyle looks amazing!! I'm so glad that I decided to change my style because it's perfect! Thanks Sammie x

I always have a great experience at Arcana. I can't recommend them enough. Whether it's hair or beauty, I've never had a bad experience. Today I had a consultation with my regular stylist who advised me about a colour change. I had highlighted hair that was dry and had been lightened by the sun a shade too much during the summer months. I had the colour done and left with shiny, healthy, soft hair that feels fantastic. Whilst I was there I also took advantage of a 20% sale on products & treated myself to a Dermalogica scrub. One happy client.

Leigh was amazing, made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to. Very thorough and gave advice and tips for aftercare. Was the best experience I've had at the salon! I also purchased the tea tree aftercare that she recommended and she told me about the wax loyalty cards which was great too. Very happy customer!

Came in today for a trim. After speaking with Kelly (I think) we discussed options. I wanted my hair to be healthy and wanted her opinion on the style I should go for. She helped me to work out what I wanted, was fair, explained what products would be good for me and then what she did to my hair was amazing. I love it! She said I may find I want even more off, and she might be right! I might be back soon! Thank you. I love my hair!
