Had a full body massage today ready for my race for life tomorrow. Was lovely and very relaxing. Did great at getting the knots out my back. Also gave me some tips for tomorrow. Thank you see you soon

Sarah did my hair this year, I get it done annually & I love it every time, I particularly loved the results this time, Sarah took such care & attention to get every strand & the results were amazing :-) would recommend the salon full stop whoever does your hair.

Went in for my usual wash, cut and blow dry with Sammie and decided to have a fringe - again. Came out feeling like a million dollars. I always feel so cared for whenever I go into Arcana. Fantastic service, love it!!
I hope you are getting along well with your new fringe. We offer a FOC fringe trim within 4 weeks of your last appointment so do not hesitate to pop in to have it trimmed rather than waiting for your next cut. We look forward to seeing you soon x
Was very happy with my hair and Rachel was lovely .. All the staff are very friendly and they help each other out .. Was offered drinks throughout my stay .. I felt at ease with the staff ( not like other salons I have been too ) I will be returning soon .. Thank you and keep up the good work ladies :-)

I would definitely recommend. The service was good and the stylist Sam gave me the exact restyle i asked for. The main thing i liked about it most was that they concentrated 100% on what they were doing and there wasn't that unnecessary/forced "chit chat". I will definitely be going back.

Lovely visit with good explation of options for colouring my hair. Lovely cup of coffee - relaxing while using the massage chair hair your washed. Mandy is very helpful and friendly. Booked again!!

Went to Arcaca on the recommendation of a friend, after a couple of very poor cuts at my usual salon. Jane spent time talking to me about what I wanted, what I was unhappy about, and examined my hair carefully.
She cut my hair really carefully, talking through what she was doing with me and a trainee who was observing. I felt confident in her work and reassured that I was in safe hands. The result is just what I wanted and I'll definitely return, thank you Jane!

After a bad experience in the past with a different salon and have the same hairdresser for the last 10 years, i was understandably nervous.....but i didnt need to be ????, sarah did a wonderful job, really pleased. Would recommend and I will be back.

Been to arcana approx 20 tines and every time I've loved my haircut. 3 different stylist have styled my hair and each one a really good hairdresser. Lovely staff, lovely coffee, lovely massage chairs!

I am always treated so well understanding staff even when running late for appointment my hair stylist steph has right from first hair cut made me feel very comfortable being a nervous person when having hair cut due to a bad hair cut years ago she is wonderful and I am hoping to be past on to another good stylish when she is on maternity leave thank you all

Have had a drastic change in colour and am very happy with the result. I am loving my new hair and the stylist was fantastic, she has done a great job.
Toni was fab tonight :) I had a much needed cut to make my hair healthy again, and colour to freshen up for a wedding next week. Toni took lots of time and care and gave me plenty of advice about how I can help my hair to be stronger! Good deal with the colour sale and all the staff were really lovely!

I was very pleased with the outcome when leaving the salon. Waiting 48 hours before washing my hair left me sceptical for permanent results! However washed today, blasted with dryer (which previously would have left an unmanageable Afro) hair is still straight! Not poker straight, will still run straighteners over when going out, but no frizz much more manageable very pleased! Thank you all!
