I have now had Jade at Shenley branch cut and colour my hair. I am pleased with her advice on colour and how she cuts amd finishes my hair. I will defiantly book further appointments with her.

I enjoy popping to Arcana whenever I am local. A great cut and blow dry from Kelly yesterday. It's a place to relax, feel pampered (amazing head massage) and come away feeling great. I had accumulated client points (didn't realise) which also gave me a discount on my bill. Thanks Debbie and your great team.

I've been here a few times, I have never come away disappointed. Mandy, my stylist today, was fantastic! I couldn't be happier with my hair. All of the staff in Arcana are very friendly, helpful and professional. Great advice was given. Of course, I'll be back!!

Debbie was very thorough and professional and fitted me in with Kelly. Kelly was great, discussed what I wanted, looked after me well and my hair looks great.. Fab colour match and good finish.

I've been in mk for over 3 years but it's only in the last 6 months that I've found a salon where I actually walk out with a haircut I love. I absolutely love how both Jane and Cayla have cut my hair. I've spent a lot more money on haircuts while trying all the other salons in mk without ever being satisfied. I'm really happy to have found you guys and will definitely recommend.

I always love the service and cuts at Arcana but was a bit disappointed after taking my two children there yesterday. The haircuts were great but my 6 year old daughters trim took approximately 3minutes to complete and cost me about £15 which I think is very expensive for what was actually done. I didn't mind so much paying that for my son as his cut took quite a bit longer although a warning of the price increase may have been nice on booking. I will take my daughter elsewhere for her trim in future.

We offer a whopping 50% off our prices (at all times, unlike many salons) for children up to 7 years and 25% off aged 7-12 (teenagers are charged as adults but we offer 10% student discount).
This made Zoe's trim £13.25 (it was £11 for the last 3 years before the increase) the prices were restructured (as a discount rather than a separate pricelist) in April and we advertised the price increase from January 2016 as a prewarning online, across social media and insalon- apologies if this was still an unpleasant surprise for you.
We do offer a 'DropIn' (sit and wait) service which is only £10 for under 12s, which you can bring your son to on any day, but you can also bring your daughter along on a Monday 2-9pm, Friday 9.30-6.30 or most Saturdays (when Julie -rather than Sunil our barber- is working).

Today was my first visit to Arcana, I was welcomed warmly by the receptionist and after a short while taken to my seat by Toni my stylist. Loved the hair cut and finish and promptly booked my return visit for cut and colour in 5 weeks time. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and my fab new hair style.

Fantastic hair colour as always - inletvsarah make some decisions for me, as I'm off and not brave enough to do what's best for my hair. Gorgeous finish and colour, more than excellent. Not only that, Sarah is interpersonal skills and friendly demeanour, the way she seems Really interested in her clients,... She even remembers bits and bobs that I'd forgotten I'd mentioned... All of this goes together to make the experience and engagement with Sarah fabulous. Always friendly, always enthusiastic, and obviously takes a lot of pride in what she does, her passion for hairdressing shows through in spades.

Although the salon was very busy due to prom day at a local school as well as one of the stylists being off ill, the girls were all fantastic and worked together well to make sure no customers were impacted.
