Arcana Salon - Hair & Barbering

Almost 10 years I have been coming to arcana this morning as always a first class service am really happy with my hair, had advice on the colours and the result is fantastic, the salon staff from the stylist to the young lady who washed my hair was excellent, keep up the good work and I look forward to the next 10 years

Made to feel welcome, very clean, staff very attentive, coffee provided, relaxing visit;

Had a trial to put my hair up for my sons wedding . The session was professional with fun. Complete understanding of what I wanted which resulted in a style and finish that was exactly what I wanted. I now cannot wait for the actual wedding day. I highly recommend 5 star service

I am a nervous customer who really would prefer to go to the dentist than the hairdressers. Having said the, Sarah really has put me at ease during the time I have been having her cut my hair. She is always professional, polite and really puts you at ease. She also listens to what I want her to do and always checks with me that what she is doing is what I asked. She is a real asset to Arcana and I am so glad I found her.

I had a spa day at Arcana yesterday - 4 hours of complete relaxation and pampering! As always, I was made welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. Sophie was my therapist and we discussed my options for treatments and agreed the best combination for what I wanted - which was to relax. She chatted when I wanted to talk and was quiet when I didn't - I even fell asleep at one point! When I emerged I felt amazing - relaxed, happy and pampered. What more could you want? And all for £60. Exceptional.

My hair ended up exactly how I wanted it to look. 5* all round. Thanks Jody.

Great friendly service. My beauty therapist nade me feel at ease. I'm in love with the LVL I had done, they look great! Very very happy!!

There seemed too many staff and not enough room for them all. It feels like they are trying to fit more services in to make more money at the expense of the customers. The place needs redecorating and sprucing up. The service I had was good.

Always a warm friendly atmosphere and always great advice on looking after my hair .

Jade had done a fantastic job with my colours and restyle. Staff are always friendly helpful and will tell you the truth if I style suits or not. Prices clear and good choice of service.

I love Arcana as the team are very friendly, extremely professional, consistently strong in both hair and beauty services and good value for money. My daughter also love going at ages 12 and 6 which is a testament to the customer service they get.

Very happy with the service. The only thing I thought Was the lack of space for the hairdressers to work as trolleys in the way so they have to swivel the chair round as no room to move., but otherwise happy.

Very pleased as always. Cara never lets me down that's why I enjoy coming to the salon.

Had worries about getting my long hair cut off but was made very comfortable with Simmy she's made me feel 10 years younger so happy and my husband loves it too

Good cut and colour as always howeverstill hadto pay for senior stylist even when another stylist applied my colour

People very nice, I had a problem with my fringe to much blonde put in, I called then to tell them, they told me to come in the next day to rectified it, they couldn't have been nicer.

Greeted by friendly staff, nice first thing on a Monday morning.
Cayla as usual, listened to what I wanted and delivered, I was so pleased and i booked my next appt before leaving. Good start to the day!
