Lovely reception. Excellent service and advice....

We as a family have been using Arcana since Debbie first opened in 2003 . They are a great hairdressers with friendly staff and offer a great service . They are very professional and for my daughters prom did a fantastic job of my daughters hair and make up. It has such a great atmosphere the ladies that work there are friendly and professional at all times , this is what keeps us returning and always will , we also always recommend the salon to anyone that needs beauty or hair doing .

Cayla is amazing! She works wonders with my hair and everytime I go I leave loving my hair that little bit more!

5 year old was initiallyour extremely distressed when he started having his hair cut by Sammy. He now is far more relaxed and spends the time chatting away. She is so friendly and cuts his hair really well

Leigh was really good with my waxing. Quick and almost painful! Super fast service. Would recommend!

Lovely lady and good customer care - checking I was ok throughout and nice and chatty. A little disappointed with the result - expected to come out with silky smooth legs, but actually a lot of what were referred to as "stubborn" hairs remained on my legs, resulting in me coming home and tweezering them out myself! A little disappointing as I could have got rid of more hairs myself at home!!

Was nervous coming to new salon, but Sammie listened to what I wanted and did a great job, am very pleased?. She was very friendly, gave good advice and I liked that she did the whole experience from shampooing to finish.
Very relaxing.

Saturday 8th July 2017

I had a nightmare from hell growing out a "bad" hair cut and Invisible highlights for 11 weeks. Obviously I was doing all the research possible to prevent another disaster.

I researched Arcana and looked at Jane's profile quite a few times. Called into the Saloon and was lucky enough to get an appointment for the above date.

After listening to all my vows over the last 11 weeks. Jane quickly put me at my ease and started my cut and highlights. I am absolutely over the moon the high lights are perfect the cut is out of this world. Gone is the enforced bob and dull and fully ends. I am me again. I have booked all my appointments up until December. All women's hair is important to them. I am a PA so therefore my hair is an important part of my job.

I would also like to mention Katie, currently an Apprentice with really effective customer service skills and her head wash is amazing, she will go far with the guidance of Arcana.

Had 2 hours worth of pampering which was absolutely brilliant! My therapist (I think her name was Sian) was friendly and very good at listening what I wanted from my time with her. Firm deep tissue and relaxing Indian head massage meant I left feeling like i was floating. Thank you ...will definitely be back

I was a bit disappointed with the salon even though it was recommended as being very good. The whole process on my hair was done by 3 different persons who seemed a bit in a hurry and did not really know what I was booked for. On top of that I was charged more than I was told but did not receive any explanation.

I had the most relaxing time and was looked after so well. Sian was amazing and so lovely. My hair treatment was really good and even had finger and toe nails painted. I loved every minute thank you to everyone involved.

Excellent service. Welcoming staff. Nails look great. Value for money. Booked in again in three weeks. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely pamper morning with my friend. Excellent value for money, fab massage, facial, and gel nails. Really felt spoilt.

I regularly use Arcana salon on Shenley Brook End. Always excellent and friendly service. Always welcomed noting is too much trouble and spend a happy relaxed hour or so there whilst having my hair coloured cut and blown dry. Highly recommend

I normally have a massage with Sian which are always amazing and addictive but today I had a fabulous facial and scalp massage. It was pure bliss. Sian is an utter professional, everyone else at the salon is so friendly and lovely. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Arcana is the most caring and creative salon I have experienced . When I broke my wrist they stepped in with a hair dressing deal to make it cost effective for me to feel better and more confident with the trauma of the injury .

I have been visiting Arcana's since it opened and Sarah has been cutting and colouring my hair for some time, but since she's left I saw Cara today and she was amazing. My sons clubbed together to get me a voucher for the special Mother's Day package. It was amazing!! I had an Indian head massage, facial and manicure with Sian and the whole experience was brilliant. Sian is always really friendly and excellent. I've had a number of treatments before and loved every one.
