I am extremely happy with my hair every single time and definitely need to visit the girls in beauty for a facial as I’ve heard fabulous things!!

Utterly love the colour, it looks fabulous and Harriet has taken years off me lifting the colour. Lucy did a fantastic job cutting it blunt so it looks much thicker and healthier.

The session was a usual hair growth and for highlight to give my hair an uplift and different dimension choosing the right shade suited to my skin tones. Kyla has been my colourist on a constant and is great at her knowledge and an understanding of my needs. Love my sessions

Full head of highlights, cut and blow dry - all beautifully done, apart from the end result (colour) which wasn’t obvious before leaving the salon because of the lighting - I asked for overall blond look, whilst including some brown slices and a few random ‘very light’ ones through the top.
After the chat we agreed that the photo I showed was possibly too light, so **** would repeat what was done on my last visit but add in a few additional ‘extra light’ slices randomly across the top layer -
But the overall colour is VERY dark and not uplifting at all, which normally the highlights would do. I just feel drab tbh
**** is lovely and she takes great care in her work but sadly the colour is just not what I was expecting.

Had gel nails done, very nice girl and her work was pristine. My client has Alzheimer’s and she made her feel very comfortable. Didn’t cut any corners on the service

The stylist was welcoming , engaging and very understanding having a bad back day .

Having left an honest review of a disheartening experience on my previous visit, Chloe and Melanie went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my visit to the salon was the very best it could be. Amy is lovely; friendly, asks questions and listens to what you want. She really aims to please by asking you during the massage if the pressure etc she is exerting is OK. She really wants to do a good job.
