Great experience, Kayleigh remembered exactly our last appointment, despite it being 8 weeks ago, and I felt heard and supported. Also great at pointing out special offers eg. If return in 7 weeks instead of 8 can use the January £10 off voucher.

I always have a fantastic experience at the Beaconsfield salon with the fabulous Phill. His colouring and cutting skills are first class and we always enjoy a good chat. The atmosphere of the salon is very relaxing and I always leave the salon feeling super chilled.

Post work hair cut with Phil which was a pleasure as always. He is extremely talented and makes the job look easy. He offered the advice that I was looking for and discussed plans for the next visit which will include a colour. He’s very helpful and highly knowledgeable with product advice too. I left very happy with the result and relaxed after the experience. I’ve been coming to the salon for years and expect to depart feeling this way - I’ve never been disappointed.

I have curly hair which is not easy to cut. It was a first time for Lottie to see me and I think that she has done a great job. She was very thoughtful regarding how much to cut it off to get the look I was after, she was very transparent what she was doing, how much she was cutting off etc, I could feel that she was very keen to get things right and she did.
She is very good when dealing with people, knows how to gently get to know a client.

Everything was perfect. My daughter feel comfortable and happy. Harriet treat her very kind. Thanks
