Great, from the minute i came through the door and I sat in the chair I felt pampered, the attention received was exemplary. The colour was exactly what I wanted, the hair wash was devine and the products smelt and felt gorgeous.. Chloe is so knowledgeable and you can tell she has years of Aveda experience

My hair and Color looked nice, the Salon refurbishment and noise ruined my experience I did not enjoy my time at the Salon in this occasion too much noise very unpleasant. Phill did a good job.

I love my new look thank you Zoe. Zoe is a brilliant colourist and my highlights look great. Zoe and the team always makes me feel at home when I visit and Zoe really cares to make sure it is a great experience every time I visit. I went for the in chair back and shoulder massage this time with Anna which was lovely and great value, this is a great idea. Lucy finished my visit with a botanicals treatment and Blow dry giving me a beach curl look that I loved. All in all a great visit.

After a thorough consultation to discuss my needs Hayley did a wonderful deep tissue massage , she has super strong hands and relived lots of tension. Followed by a lovely relaxing facial where she advised me on what products would benefit my skin. Thank you , I will be back !

Phil is not only an absolute honey, he is an amazing hairdresser. He listened to my Meg Ryan bob request and boy did he get it spot on!!
I am utterly delighted and really do look 10 years younger without any further highlights required....

My fine (but plentiful) head of hair is very prone to frizz in humid or damp conditions and menopausal hot flushes don’t help either. This treatment is a beacon of light in a world that hasn’t got enough time to constantly work on hair straightening only to have your efforts immediately negated the moment you step outside or have a hot flush .. I now need a quick dry and a paddle brush and I’m ready in a few minutes and the results can be enjoyed for up to six months! Also my hair feels so soft and looks shiny and hydrated! Highly recommended!

Always a pleasure to enjoy a little me time in Oxygen… Nathalie is a great stylist, a fun person to talk to, and makes me feel special as a customer… she always remembers everything we discussed in the past, and it seems more like a friendship than a business transaction. A relaxing head massage only makes things better! A free glass of Prosecco for Christmas was a nice touch. I look forward to my next visit.

Since I started coming to this salon over a year ago I have been super happy with everything from Phil’s wonderful cutting (he really understands what I want from my hair) to Hayley’s lovely colouring and the super personalised service I get on every visit.

I had to book a last minute hair cut for Christmas and was not fussed which member of the Team was available to do it. However, I’m extremely pleased that Lucy cut my hair on Tuesday. I struggle to like my hair but the cut Lucy did for me was the best cut I’ve had in years. I’m so happy with the way it looks. Also, she was lovely to talk to and funny so that added to the all round experience. I had to book my next hair cut before I left which is not like me!

My first cut from Carley as my usual stylists were already booked. Pleased with the result and enjoyed chatting with her too!
