From the beginning it was professional and quick. Called and had an appointment for the next day. Great price for what I had done. My stylist was friendly and accommodating. I had my baby with me and it wasn’t a problem, he spoke to my daughter. He walked me through options and listened to everything I said. Showed me what was best. Love my hair. Much needed change. Also went above what he needed to to explain what else I would need to have done for healthy hair.
Then wanted to explore other ideas for my hair and was given a consultation same day by a lovely lady. Who walked me though cost, maintainace and time scales. Took a stand of hair to test. She was super friendly and took her time in making sure I understood what would happen. At that point I had both my children with me and she was so friendly and kind to them. Could not fault my experience and will definitely continue to use this hairdressers
