I would like to mention I rather not to have the same girl to wash my hair again she didnt wash my hair all over my head.
I told her the water is going down my back when I stood up and didn’t know what to do and I had to tell her again.
Then she gave me another towel to dry my self, I took the gown off and it was all wet at the back.
Also she asked me if I want to use any product and what brush I want to use I didn’t know what to say as I was expecting for some one to come and rough dry my hair.
I asked her is someone will come to rough dry my hair? She said is no one available but I will go and ask.
After, all this time I’m coming to the salon never knew I had to dry my hair on my own.
Because this is the impression she gave me.
The other girl came she asked me if I want to blow dry my hair on my own or if I want her to do it.
To be honest I was so surprised with the question I never experienced this before to go to the salon and to be told to dry my hair myself.
I started to blow dry my hair and then Cleslie came she and didn’t for me.
Not happy with the way she wash my hair and not happy with both of the girls they told me I had to blow dry my own hair.
Happy with the service I received from Chelsie.
I have been seeing Richard for a while now and today I took the plunge and had a restyle Absolutely fabulous. So pleased with the result. Highly recommend Richard

Lovely hair cut today with Kai. Listened to what I wanted - and delivered it.
He is very calm and slow (in a good way) and precise…..
Felt like he was 100% committed to doing a good job.
ALSO - loved my hair wash and condition with Heather. I need to keep my ears free of water - which very few people can do - she kept my ears bone dry. I will be asking for her (and Kai) again 👌

The front of house team was really welcoming. Laura was the one who cut my hair and she was really welcoming and made me feel at ease as I was feeling nervous about having my haircut. First time I took my daughter to a hairdressers she has autism she hates getting her hair washed usually she refuses most the time but she loved getting her hair washed they gave her a towel to put over her eyes but she didn't even need it in the end kai cut her hair and she loved it she said he was super gentle and kind he took some length of and fixed her fringe he then used a hairdryer which she usually wont let me use either because of the noise but she let him use it and curling iron she absolutely loved and her hair when we left she couldn't stop smiling and said she will definitely be going back so I couldn't recommend them any more they're really polite and understanding super happy

First time we’ve been to this salon and we wanted someone that was going to listen to my son who had been growing his hair for 18 months and needed a trim and a tidy up. Kai took time to listen to exactly what he wanted and then did exactly what my son wanted. He also gave helpful advice regarding styling and washing techniques. Mandy was such a lovely person to meet and discuss my needs . Having never really been happy with my hair I found it hard to say what I would like done. Mandy assessed my hair really quickly and did a fantastic job . I only go to the hairdressers when I really need to and am secretly fussy with my hair, but I had a really lovely experience at Harringtons!
I was made to feel welcome straight away and Laura was fantastic. I’m SO happy with the cut and she took the time to blow dry my hair properly, even though the salon was closing.
