Wow! I walked out of my appointment glowing. Shauna listened to my colour vision from a blonde to taking the plunge to be a brunette for the autumn/winter season. This was a huge change for me as I love being a blonde but wanted a break from the high maintenance regrowth. My hair is gorgeous, shinny and I have had so many compliments! Jasmine cut my hair to perfection as always and loved my curls. Thank you to this amazing partnership creating magic together! If u could give 10 stars I would!

Georgia did the most calming shampoo I think I’ve ever had, she was so gentle, checked everything with me and we had a lovely chat too! Jasmine did a great job on my hair cut as usual and gave me some tips for how to control my unruly baby hairs!
The assignment is always understood! I never have any worries or concerns when visiting Haringtons! Everyone is so lovely, and always come away feeling & looking great!

From the moment you walk into this salon you are met with friendly staff. Chloe is always lovely on reception . Olivia is bubbly and always ready for a chat. I feel incredibly disappointed after my visit today. I feel someone should have told me, before the appointment, that there has clearly been a policy change. I was handed a brush and a hairdryer after my shampoo, as though this was normal? I always ask for a rough dry when I book. Today, the junior never even said ‘I’m sorry no one can dry your hair’ or explained this is new policy?? She just handed me some items then walked away. I was in shock. The junior then stood and chatted to another colleague- not overworked. If this indeed how it is now, then an email, or at least a mention before the appointment would have been polite. I paid £75 to then look I had come out of the shower. It would have taken 5 mins for someone to just take the edge off.
Then what do you do at the end? I didn’t know if I was meant to walk around the salon looking for Chelsie to show her my ( badly dried by me) hair? She was busy so I just left, but happened to bump into her at the desk.
Chelsie did a good job, she always does and is delightful. Not her fault at all.
