TONI&GUY Aylesbury

I travel an hour from home to come to the Toni & Guy Aylesbury Salon, as it’s the only place I’ve EVER come out of feeling happy about my hair. It’s not cheap by any standard (I paid £79 for my half head of highlights - fairly normal - and £55 for my cut and blow dry - pretty expensive), but if it makes me feel happy about my hair from the start then I’m okay with that. The team there are welcoming and lovely to chat to, and I’m loving my hair!

Great service as always

Had an amazing experience at Toni&guy, aylesbury. Am very fussy when it comes to my hair but absolutely love the colour.

Attended Aylesbury salon on 6th Sept to get highlights. The colourist I saw was absolutely amazing. She listened to what I wanted and somehow managed to understand what I wanted even when I struggled to explain. I have subsequently walked away with the BEST hair colour ever. It’s always a little scary when wanting something different but she made sure she took her time, didn’t talk over me and was so lovely whole time. T & G hold onto her. Lyndsey is amazing.

Carlo met me and my daughter with a warm welcome and discussed our styling needs. My daughter was looked after well too and we are both very happy with our cuts.

About to leave on a business trip to Delhi I needed to look the part. I arrived looking wind blown and professorial but left an hour later renewed. What you pay for is the attention to detail and staff that take pride in all they do. I recommend Toni & Guy.

I had a bad hair cut a few days previous. I was so worried as I am going on holiday to Grenada in 4 days time!!! Charlie was understanding and helpful and said ‘don’t worry I can sort this out for you’. I have a lovely hairstyle now and can look forward to my vacation, I would also like to say that I found the online info on the employees and when they work very helpful and the online booking system is quick and efficient. THANKYOU SO MUCH CHARLIE WILL BE RETURNING TO THE SALON.

Had an appointment on Sat having my hair coloured & always great service. However the Aylesbury Salon had a refurbishment a while back & were expecting great things as it was looking very tired. Disappointed & clearly there’s been a leak upstairs so huge stain on the ceiling which you see whilst having your hair washed. Basins & chairs don’t seem to fit together & not comfortable. It looks like a cheap makeover poor painting & why are all the dyes now in the corner of the salon? If your sat in the chair at the end it’s messy & staff are there mixing the dyes (use to be in a separate room). Beverages now made in this room but coffee machine in the corner by the dyes, is that hygienic?
Staff are all great and work hard but when your paying over £100 for a full head the salon doesn’t justify this price, still looks tired & not plush as the name Toni & Guy name dictates.

Izzy is amazing always gives a great cut & service, I always feel great when I leave & hair always grows out sitting perfectly.

Hair cut by Izzy fantastic. As a ex hairdresser my self. The trainees need to learn how to do a proper shampoo the girl that shampooed my hair was very poor

Another satisfying visit to the salon for a hair cut.
The lady on reception greeted me with a a smile and Stephen who cuts and dries my hair advised me on how to have my hair styled to get the best from it.
The girl who washed my hair was so chatty and explained what the products were for that she was using on my hair.
1at class service, highly recommended and a lovely cup of coffee too.

First time I've had my hair cut by Carlo in a while. It reminded me of how good he is and the care he takes to get his work perfect. I made another appointment with him for next time. Thanks Carlo
