The person doing my hair took time to understand what I wanted and really achieved a good result. I was overall very please. Only gripe is that Olaplex was added to my hair without asking me or telling me it would add £10 to the bill

Walked in on a spur of the moment to be told I could be fitted in within 20 minutes. The man on the till couldn't have been more welcoming.
The stylist let me chill quietly rather than ask the usual pointless questions (thank you for that!)
As for the cut and finish I left feeling relaxed and happy .

I love Toni and guy. Been for twenty years. I do find the back of my hair doesn’t always get washed properly and I ask most times to get it rinsed as soap gets left in. Anything that could be done in training for the amazing juniors would be ace!!

I have been going to Tony & Guy in Aylesbury for nearly 14 years but it does feel like it doesn’t have much live left in it. Every time I visit there are fewer and fewer clients in there and yesterday there was just 1 other and me for the 1st 30 mins. The staff have always been excellent and there has been a real buzz but the buzz is fizzling and it would be a real shame to see it disappear. Perhaps more thought should go into who is employed as management as it would seem the new manager is doing nothing for morale.
