Carlo was great. He understand exactly what I wanted (albeit it vague, "I want it short but long enough to look sharp and have texture".
I've had my hair cut in many places over the last couple of years as I've snatched my haircuts between work etc. This is the first time I walled out of a salon feeling completely happy with the result and will most definitely be booking Carlo again in a few weeks.
