I didn’t have an appointment but popped in, in the hope that they could do something with my dreadful hair colour. I had it done whilst I was on holidays and it was much darker than I had ever been used to. The lady who greeted me, probably the team leader was warm and encouraging and assured me they could help if I returned in 10 minutes. Sure enough, on my return she immediately introduced me to Izzy who advised me and explained the possible solutions which might prevent further damage to my hair. She was extremely professional and chatted in a non intrusive way. She completed the hair colour very efficiently and was happy to impart her advice when asked. While my hair was ‘cooking’ another lovely staff member brought me a fabulous latte with a cookie. The young trainee who washed my hair was also lovely, ensuring I was comfy and that the water was at a suitable temperature. The team leader came back to me to ensure that I was ok and reassured me as to the length of time the process would take. Another lovely staff member dried my hair with little fuss and yet producing lovely results. The colour transformation was just as I had hoped for. I was absolutely thrilled with the end result, thanks Izzy! .
What a breath of fresh air this salon is! Each and every member of the team had just the right attitude and disposition. Unlike other salons I have visited, they never once made me feel guilty for the unhealthy state of my hair. They never judged me. I was delighted with the end result. They weren’t pushy in any way. From the top down, you can sense the warm atmosphere in the salon. I wish all of them, continued success because it has taken me a long time to find all the positive qualities that one would expect in one hair salon. Thank you all. I will be back !!

Kirsty always does my highlights and she always does an excellent, professional job. She takes her time and is very particular in making sure that it’s just right. She’s very hygienic and Covid-safe. The last few times she has trimmed my hair and it is the best cut I have had as Kirsty listens to what you want.

Had an appointment on 9th oct 2020, luckily got same day appointment and received a beautiful service from the hairdresser called Holly. Will definitely book appointment again with her.

Yesterday was My first , but not my last appointment ! I was made welcome very professional service all round Emma very knowledgeable and extremely helpful

Went in with lock down hair, came out with slightly shorter lock down hair. Did call and leave a couple of messages to call me back but no response.

Izzy is always fabulous with our children’s haircuts. She is very professional and their hair looks amazing thanks! Our eldest has lots of wild hair usually so it’s good that Izzy knows how to tame it!

I had a great appointment and felt very safe, everyone wearing masks and the salon was very clean. We were given plastic boxes for personal items and provided with a mask if needed.

The salon does everything possible to minimise the risks and deliver the usual professional haircuts.

As always, it was fab to see Izzy. I decided to go for a completely new look and try growing my hair. She listened to me and advised me brilliantly. I love my new colour.

I love my new hair, it’s exactly what I wanted. Holly listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and was very clear when explaining what she meant.
I felt comfortable and safe the entire time.

Not seen her for a month or two, but came out feeling yes I have had my hair done!

Everything was very well organised and well thought out to adhere to current guidelines. I was given a mask as I hadn't brought one so that was really reassuring. I felt safe and looked after. All the staff were so kind and welcoming and Holly is brilliant at her job as well as being lovely. I am really pleased with my hi-lights and cut. Thank you!

Holly was very nice, and professional. She ensured the area was clean and comfortable, she asked me what I wanted, and offered her own opinion, which was brilliant. She explained what she was doing through out and gave reasons for what she was doing, I felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. Thanks Holly

Today's visit a bit different. Instructed by a young lady to put apron, mask etc on prior to haircut.
Izzy confirmed hair requirements then as always made it a relaxing experience, even having to work round face mask.

What a treat to finally get my hair cut! No hassle and apart from being lovely and quiet in the smart salon it felt like business as usual.

Great from the moment I walked through the door. Kirsty did exactly what I wanted. I loved the head massage, very relaxing. So relaxed, I forgot I had my face mask on!

Visiting Toni&Guy on day 3 of their reopening I could see they had the Covid rules under control. Obviously wearing PPE isn't a usual salon experience but all the staff took it in their stride and were really warm and welcoming. And Izzy, as always, was lovely! Very happy with my experience 🤗
