Excellent salon experience.

Not usually a fan of the hairdresser but had a really good time today. Great chat with Zoe, fabulous colour and cut and pretty decent coffee too. Feeling good ????

Lovely stylist but rushed off her feet and ended up paying £50 for a 20 minute very basic cut and blowdry.
Not the usual high standard of service from this salon - bit disappointed this time as felt was being rushed out.
Can’t fault the stylist at all though as she was lovely and did a good job in the short space of time she had.

Always lovely here...girls are great and Charley is amazing and I'm always so pleased with my hair when she's finished it.i wouldn't go anywhere else now

My wife and I had a lovely morning at Avant Garde we both had our hair cut by Rhianon and my wife also had her nails done by Lydia.

Both girls were very attentive to what we both wanted individually and provided a service that made us both walk out feeling like we had been treated with the highest standards.

Every member of staff smiled and were very friendly and bubbly.

Met Zoe for the first time today having seen the wonderful job she did on my granddaughter's hair recently.
Zoe explained the options for my hair and I trusted her completely. I am delighted with the results and have already booked to go back in 6 weeks time.

Excellent service

I am disappointed after booking my appointment at least 6 weeks in advance that it was cancelled. I was due to visit the Warndon salon with Luke on 18/9/17 at 6pm. I was told you had holiday at the salon & for H&S reasons the salon would be closed.
Kriss was very efficient when it came to re booking it me in but I couldn't go at my chosen time & had to use 1/2 holiday to have my hair done. This appointment was important to me as I have a wedding to attend.
The service I received from Luke was of 1at class as normal though . Luke is a credit to your business!

Lindsay did my hair today at St Martin's quarter and I could not be more pleased! I had a complete change and if that is what you are considering, Lindsay is your hairdresser! Whether you want something new or your usual, Lindsay never gets complacent and always offers a fantastic service. Lindsay offers a professional, friendly service and I always walk out of the salon feeling great and like I have been well looked after. I cannot recommend Lindsay enough.

I had a colour and cut with Ashleigh today and my 4yr old had a cut. The salon has the perfect atmosphere. They are all brilliant with my daughter and Ashleigh is great at making her feel important, like any other customer. Ashleigh was extremely busy, balancing customers today and I think she gave us all a personalised service. I never once felt rushed. I love my colour and cut.

Had my first hair cut at Avant Garde today, And it will definitely not be my last! I don't remember ever leaving a hairdressers without wanting to restyle it or put it up until today!! Ashleigh really listened to what I wanted and I am so happy with the result! I'll definitely be back.

I have been a client of Ashley now for about three years. I followed her to Avant Garde from her previous salon. My hair is very tricky because it is long rebellious and going grey with blonde on top with darker hair underneath. Ashley has a very good understanding of colour and spends time asking questions so that she completely understands what it is I'm after. She then is very honest and advises me in colour choice etc. The salon staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have never been kept waiting and no time is wasted hanging around. My hair is the best it has looked in years and I am very particular. The cut and blow dry are immaculate. Blow drying is a real skill and Ashley has been very well trained. I would recommend her to anyone. She is relaxing to be around and doesn't do the usual salon chat!. I'm a very satisfied customer and good value for the service and the results.

Avent Garde offers a lovely salon experience with friendly staff who listen attentively to what you want. They also offer excellent advise to ensure you are happy with the outcome of your appointment. I would recommend this salon to friends and family.

I always have my hair done with Kate and she always does it exactly the way I like it. Great service, she makes you very comfortable, offers you drinks, and we have great chats. Also, there is a big selection of magazines to read while I'm waiting for my foils and they're always the latest issue! The chairs at the sinks are massage chairs too... what could be better? Great service and great value for money. I love my hair!

Friendly, professional staff and very happy with the result

Lindsey listened to my ideas and wishes for the restyle. She offered her own expert advice and prepared images of possible finishes to the cut on Pinterest on an iPad. She was really informative in terms of styles and products. The massaging chair was relaxing whilst having my hair washed. I feel she could have chatted more whilst cutting my hair, however this may have been because she was cutting and retyling my hair when this was the first time she cut it. Overall, very pleased with the service. Lindsey even offered for me to go back into the saloon a few days later if I felt I wanted more taken off the length. Thank you.

Been going here for nearly 2 years now and very happy with the service I receive. I moved from a well known upmarket salon in Worcester mainly because of the exorbitant prices. At Avant Garde I get the same level of expertise at a reasonable price. My only criticism is there isn't always someone in the desk to greet the customer straight away and there should be.

Took the plunge and went for a full fringe.

I came here today as my usual salon was fully booked! Charlie went above and beyond today and really made me feel wonderful! Excellent service and really thankful to the chap who moved things around to get me in! Also had a Olaplex treatment on my hair which had made it look and feel awesome

Garde and have been regular for nearly 3 years. Always happy with service and great location.

Luke was amazing with Daisy 2 and Jude 4. First time in Jude's life he's not cried at the hair salon. Luke also did my husbands hair last month and he loved his especially as he's receding and going bald ??. Thank you Luke x

I've been here several times to have my nails done and they've always looked lovely. Recently I had my hair cut here by Lindsey, she was really friendly and even though my hair is reallly thick and long she did a fantastic job. I've been to loads of hairdressers in the past but I can honestly say that Lindsey has been the best yet.

Luke listened to my hair journey and how I needed to grow it for a wedding however I had all sorts of lengths and split end. He's sorted me out all level and healthy looking hair!

I've recently moved to Worcester and so didn't really know where to go for a haircut. I found this place at the top of Google and noticed they had two locations nearby. Originally I thought i'd book for Saturday morning but after being directed to the online booking system, I realised they were open to 9pm and they could fit me in the same evening. Zoe and Kate were available with an hours notice. It was very quick and easy to book and the website was also fantastic directing you to all the prices and products. I turned up to a friendly welcome and within minutes I was seated by Zoe. Great cut, friendly, relaxed, reasonably priced what more could you ask for. Thanks Zoe, will definitely be coming back.
