Fantastic as always excellent

the salon was able to give me an appointment very last minute and the service was great. Katie was very friendly and I left feeling like it was good value for money.

It was my first time visiting Avant Garde in Worcester and I was quite nervous about what to expect. Anyway I came in with a lovely greeting at the door and had a lady called Charley do my hair, and as I have been wanting pink highlights for a long time this is what I requested. After a lengthy process charley had worked her magic and done an amazing job on my hair! Could not of asked for a better result or experience, and the massage chairs make the experience an extra bonus! Will be deffo coming back to this salon as well!

the salon is immaculately clean nd well presented in a modern decor.
Charley my stylist was very friendly and polite, she listened carefully to my wishes but also made helpful suggestions.
I was offered hot/cold drinks and magazines.
I had an all over colour with a cut and blow dry. (I have shoulder length hair). It was all done within 1hr45min.
I love my colour and the blow dry was really fab.
overall I am thoroughly impressed, and would highly recommend this salon.

A few hours being looked after by Zoe and her wonderful team - hair coloured and cut beautifully ready for the holiday season. I’m disabled and they go the extra mile to make sure I’m comfortable and happy the whole time I’m with them ?

Lauren was very friendly and attentive, she explained every step in detail and ensured I was still happy with my treatment choices throughout. Will definitely be coming back to see her again!

This was booked for me by my sissy who was told to arrange and pay for the appointment. 'she' spoke to one of your staff and explained that the appointment was for me, her Mistress. The Lady on the phone was very professional and my sissy made sure the booking was made. I will be coming back for further follow up appointments which my sissy will naturally be paying for. A fantastic experience.

Great experience

Been going to zoe for a while now. She always manages to get my hair, it’s fine frizzy and has natural curls. Decided I wanted a sharp bob with the front shaped as the ends had become dry, zoe totally agreed with me and snipped away. It’s sharp and just what I wanted. I love it!

I’m not one to confront a hairdresser in a salon and normally like to get home and play with my hair before I like it... however I’ve had a graduated bob cut back in this evening and I’m gutted that it’s crooked. It’s a good inch longer on the left than the right!! It’s my partners graduation tomorrow so I don’t have time to get it fixed and can’t really afford to have it fixed before my wedding on Sunday. Everything could be good about this salon if it wasn’t for the end result.

Got an appointment for a cut within the hour.
Stylist (Designer) was lovely Rhiannon - great info tips given & really pleased my cut.
Was given 25% discount off due to it being my first visit.

Friendly, professional, fun and enthusiastic staff. Rhiannon coloured my hair and clearly knew what she was talking about when it comes to colour advice (I'm blonde). For the first time in a long time I'm really chuffed with the results. Plus they do a great mocha. I'll definately be going back!

I was very happy with my hair cut today. The girl Lindsey was very friendly, cut my hair very well and gave me advice on it too! She also adviced me if I wanted to pop in and have my Fridge trimmed at any point that it'll be free. Very happy!
