Excellent service and friendly atmosphere

Just had 2nd colour appointment on the way to style I want. Zoe has bowled me over again with the transformation. I can see how much further along I am AND I get to have a different stage of colour from my last appointment. I’ve given Zoe complete control cos she’s building the colour in my hair like an artist and my hair looks awesome at each stage toward my goal. It’s worth being patient and having it done properly. The colour is simply incredible. My hair is cut beautifully and I’ve had the right advice and products to keep it looking tip top between appointments. I’m realky enjoying the journey. A big shout out to Morgan who assisted Zoe and to everyone else as I’m in a powerchair and they all make me feel very welcome and make sure I’m comfortable when I’m with them.

As always, the staff are friendly and welcoming. Aimee did a great job with my haircut (only a trim) and she always offers good advice on what to do with my hair.

Alex always understands what I need. Her service and style is spot on! Thank you ????

Today I had a colour and restyle with Rhiannon. The service was fantastic. Rhiannon was so helpful and knowledgeable. I am so pleased with my hair and can't wait to go back.

I have my hair cut with Zoe every 5-6 weeks and colour every 12 weeks, she is always so professional and accommodating to my hair needs and gives the best advice my hair has never looked and felt so good. The salon itself has a lovely environment and everyone is so friendly.

I am a little fearful if hairdressers as I really don't enjoy having my hair washed or brushed by someone else. However, I have found Aimee at Avant Garde, the calmest and most gentle girl who works magic with her scissors. I always feel happy with my hair - she listens, advises and also likes having a natter about fake tan. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her, plus she's so gentle with a hairbrush!

I’ve always been someone that hasn’t enjoyed going to a hairdressers, I’ve always felt uncomfortable and that conversations were forced and ended up having a hairdresser come to my home for years. I then relocated to Worcester a few months ago and had the daunting task of having to find a hairdresser. Luckily there was one around the corner from where I worked and today was my second visit with someone I’ve not had before, Kate. She was very nice and I felt that the conversation wasn’t forced and she generally wanted to chat which made me feel at ease, she was polite and bubbly and did a great job on my hair, probably the best cut and especially the blow dry I’ve had since I can remember, she showed me ways of curling my hair as I said I struggled. It was the first time I’ve left a hairdressers and not felt stressed or awkward with the dread I don’t want to go back. I will defiantly be booking her again and for once I will look forward to going back, thank you Kate!

Really pleased with the service and quality of hairdressing at this salon. The staff are friendly, patient, and genuinely want to you to feel your best. Alex is a fantastic hairstylist. I also like that the salon is out of town as it makes parking so much easier, and there is a family feel to the place

Always a pleasure having my haircut at Avante Garde Lindsey cuts my hair exactly how I want it every time and Lauren is the absolute best at washing and massaging my head both girls are attentive and give me a professional service every time and are a credit to Avante Garde and the reason I keep booking.

I have been coming here for yrs. I see Lindsey each time. She's amazing. I'm precious about my hair and she never fails. Lovely salon, very relaxing and attentive.

Booked with Zoe, assisted by Morgan. I went in for a consultation prior to this appointment. I came out with exactly what I was promised and in reality better than I’d hoped for. Zoe gave me the most amazing colour through my hair with a new, shorter style that’s super easy to maintain. The colour is phenomenal, she surpassed all my hopes and I know how good she is. Yeah you pay but I feel I received full value for my money AND the style that I’ve seen so often in magazines and on Pinterest. I’m disabled and the team always go the extra mile to ensure my comfort throughout my visit to the salon. Refreshments are on hand and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing.

It’s a great salon, I’m always happy after an appointment. I really wanted a big change this time and Zoe gave me an incredible colour to go with my new style.

I had my hair done by Lindsey today, she did an amazing job! She is a true perfectionist. I love everything about my hair, the colour is perfect and I cannot fault a thing.

Zoe coloured and cut my hair. I showed Zoe a picture of the colour I wanted and she did it exactly the same. Zoe is such a lovely lady aswell. Makes you feel at home.
