As I am someone with really long hair I am very precious about my hair as I have been to lots of scissor happy hair dressers! The service at Avant Garde was exceptional, great customer service and hair advice and I got exactly what I asked for! I'll never go anywhere else!

I've been a customer of AG Salons for a while now and I still love it! The environment itself is lovely: modern, sleek, friendly, etc. But what really impresses me is the quality of the service. I had Ashleigh colour my hair today and she was brilliant, toning down my harsh blonde to a soft balayage. She really knew her stuff and was able to talk me through the whole process. She also let me know she had just done ANOTHER qualification in hair, and I love that the salon are keen to keep their staff at the top of their game and not just "sit" on a NVQ from a few years ago. The colour has come out beautiful, and both Ashleigh and Lauren talked me through aftercare which I really appreciated.

Booked last minute with Charlie for a cut and finish. She did an amazing job, really love it.

I am asian with long thick black asian hair. It is always so hard to get the results that I want. I really wanted an ashy colour as i hate brassy tones that i have had for the last couple of years. Ashleigh was amazing and I couldnt have wished for better results. She really understood my hair and listened to what i wanted. Really pleased and won't book anyone but her :-)

I would highly recommend!!! Had a restyle and my hair looks amazing! Zoe listen to what I wanted and showed me everything she was doing. So friendly and helpful!
She also gave me tips on styling and transformed my whole look!

Zoe is a fantastic hairdresser. I had half head highlights, roots, toner and a treatment. I was told at every step what was happening and had plenty of teas and coffee too.
Zoe has transformed my hair in the last 12 months. Thank you I LOVE it!

Had a cut and blow dry with Zoe today. Zoe has been doing my hair for many years and I know I can just let her get on with it. She is very approachable and will tell you if she does not think something will work, but will always suggest an alternative. The salon is fresh and clean. All the staff are very friendly.

Booked a restyled and colour with Zoe after being recomnended to Avant Garde Salon by my niece Lesley who is a beautician at All About Me in the same premises. Was very impressed with the initial consultation and ensuing appointment. Zoe us very patient and understanding of customer needs but also offers constructive guidance. Thank you !

I've been coming here for over 2 years, originally with Cat and when she left I started seeing Charley, Charley does a great job with my hair, always makes sure I'm completely happy with the colour and colour listens to what I want. I always leave happy, wouldn't go anywhere else in Worcester and always recommend to anyone looking for a new salon.

The customer service and friendliness was great but I came away and cried when I got home as I spent £100 and 4 hours of my time to look nothing like I asked. Showed the girl a picture of what I wanted (blonde hair) and she put yellow at the bottom and brown dye (which she didnt ask me if that was ok) at the top and now I have orange hair. Heartbroken really and she blow dried my hair with a bit of brown dye left in my hair so my face and scalp was brown and my hair was crispy when I walked out. Wont be going back.

I had an appointment today, and although I love the result of my hair, I am really disappointed about the price of it. I went thinking that it was only meant to be £47 and it actually turned out to be £88 which I was shocked at. When I questioned it, the person at the till replied 'you had the toner put in and had a cut' however I did not know that these were not included in the price as the hairdresser did not make it clear at all and from the start said it as if it was all in the price. I didn't have a clue what a toner was, and a small trim which took about 2 minutes and I can't believe that that would make up to almost £40 extra pounds worth. If anything, I didnt want or need it cut anyway as it wasnt that long ago I had it cut.It's such a shame as the hairdresser was really lovely and has done a really good job but I am so disappointed that I was charged so much without my knowing.

Not the best experience. Told my usual cut has become a remodel. Stylist would not listen to me when I was explaining what I wanted. I was told "no, you will not like that". I was told 3 times during my visit I don't have time to do that. Thought Stylist was rude, rushed and uncaring. Will not be going to this salon again. Warndon Villages much better.

Lauren did my hair today, it looks fabulous. I love the colour and it feels amazing. I came out of the salon feeling so relaxed!

I had a restyle done by Lindsey and she was great throughout. Constantly asking me if something was okay and if I liked it which was reassuring and refreshing and we had a lovely chat all the way through my appointment. Loved the massage shampooing chairs as well!

Love coming to these salons (warndon & st martins). I don't trust many hair dressers but always comfortable at Avant Garde

So relaxing! Felt pampered and cared for the whole time. Needed a good restyle and didn't disappoint. The lady doing my hair was extremely friendly and professional, will be returning as well as recommending. Hair flicks all day!!!

Had colour correction done after bad experience in other place. Zoe made my hair look just perfect. She knew straight away how to fix it and make it look nicer. She is very professional and one of not many people I can trust with highlighting my long hair. Will deffo recommend this salon and Zoe.

Kate was a lovely person, naturally chatty and has cut my hair just how I asked for it. She was amazing with my children who waited while I had my haircut too..

I visited the salon Friday 21st April & saw Ashleigh after being recommended by a friend. I had also booked my daughter in for a child cut. From the start Ashleigh was very welcoming & was also great with my daughter. I haven't visited a salon for around 1.5 years so was extremely nervous but I can honestly say I haven't been this happy with my hair for years! Ashleigh listened to exactly what I was looking for and gave me so much advise on how to continue to care for my hair. The massage chair was amazing making the salon experiance even more relaxing & enjoyable. I had a restyle & she cut it so beautifully & finished it amazingly well giving me lose curls & I came out feeling amazing! Cannot thank Ashleigh enough for the great service & I'm so happy to have found a fantastic hairdresser & salon that I will continue to visit now on a regular basis! Thank you!

Had my hair cut and highlighted by Charlie. As always, everyone is friendly and I got what I asked for.

I had a colour and blow dry with Ashley Nd she did a brilliant job as always.

Today was my first visit to AG having previously been to another salon for the past 10 years. I wasn't happy with my colour or my cut but due to various reasons I didn't feel I could go somewhere else… until now. I made the decision to try AG in the hope that what I was already having was the best I could get, I was so very wrong!!

I booked in with Zoe for balayage mixed with foils, along with toner, Olaplex treatment, cut and a blow dry.

Zoe talked me through what she thought and gave me options but I decided to let her go with what she thought and I'm so glad I did - she definitely knows her stuff and understood exactly what I was after.

The whole experience has been lovely and having sat in the chairs that gave me a massage, well what more can I say, AG you have it right!

I couldn't recommend Zoe enough, she was exactly what I needed. Accompanied by Lauren to blow dry and Ashleigh to advise me on products at the end, they were all great!

Thank you ladies and I'm already looking forward to coming again very soon ????????
