This was my first visit to the salon. Everyone was really friendly, it was refreshing to see lovely smiles from the stylists while they worked. Chloe was very professional and lovely. I was super happy with my hair cut, chloe was very resourceful, talking to me about vitamins for my thinning hair. I've booked a follow up appointment with Chloe before my holiday in June and I'm looking forward to it. Many thanks Chloe x

I was a visitor to your saloon from Birmingham and needed to have my hair was and dried as it was my birthday. I had no appointment when I walked in when asked if you could fit me in you so kindly gave me an appointment. Chloe was so lovely and did my hair beautifully. Thank you once again

With a very painful scalp to contend with currently, Sophie was incredibly gentle in applying my highlights and shampooing afterwards. She took great care over my needs. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough

We took our 2 year old for his first hair cut yesterday. He doesn't like to sit still for long and doesn't like being messed with but Amy was amazing and so patient, his hair looks great! Will definitely be bringing him back next time. Thanks so much Amy! X

Abbie takes great care when cutting and styling my hair, even finishes it off with straighteners, which I think helps the style stay in longer. Love my fringe also, which can make a big difference

After not having my hair cut in far too long, Sophie was fantastic in dealing with my indecisiveness and explained each step so clearly to me. I instantly trusted her with my curls and she did an amazing job, I cannot recommend her enough!!!

I’m really sorry, I think my stylist name was Amy, I had a wonderfully relaxing hair wash and blow dry and curled.. I was feeling stressed out with work and felt a treatment would help me relax. Everything about my experience was amazing, friendly, welcoming and my hair looked lovely .. the stylist even popt the massage chair on whilst having my hair washed..

As always, very friendly. Easy to talk to and very helpful when making decisions re colour, and cut.

Straight hair...bob... so many hairdressers don't have the patience to be precise. I've lived here for 3 years and tried lots of hairdressers. Now I've found Abbie...I no longer need to keep looking!!

I haven't been to a hairdresser for ages and recently moved to Malvern ,it was really nice to find a salon so good straight away .Had done a little research first but you never know until your there . Clara was lovely my cut and finish just what I wanted .The whole experience was great and so relaxing with a wonderful head massage included. I would certainly recommend this salon and hope to go back for highlights soon

This was my first visit to the salon & Clara took the time to give me a full consultation. I felt safe enough in her hands to have something slightly different to my usual style & I love the results! I have just booked my daughter in for the bespoke curly cut.

I've been meaning to get my hair restyled for some time and popped into this hairdressers on impulse. The lady on reception was warm and helpful and offered me a same day appointment, a couple of hours later with Clara. I was very impressed with the way Clara listened to my requirements and produced the style I had described. During the cutting process I felt relaxed and confident. She is young, friendly and helpful. I have fine hair and it's not particularly easy to cut and style. I will definitely be returning and am so glad to have found a local salon and someone who can cut my hair the way I like it. Well done Clara!

Since moving to Malvern some years ago, I have been a client. I have always been more than satisfied with both the cut and the service.

I’m a new client and so Clara took the time to discuss my colouring/ styling needs, and the outcome was exceptional. I am so chuffed with my new blonde highlights. I shall definitely be returning and getting my family members to come along too.

Even though I've moved away from the area I continue to travel in as I have always been happy with my experience at the bespoke hair company.

For me Clara gave her time to listen carefully to how I wanted to have my hair styled before beginning. I have problems with my neck and back, the salon provides a chair which is comfortable during hair washing. The result is perfect. The whole experience is one of relaxation. In my view if your looking for a professional result in a friendly and warm environment, then this is the place to come

I am really sorry to say this but the girl who did my Curley cut did a really bad job with my hair. Much shorter than is asked, so badly shaped . I am so dissatisfied. I don’t think she had any experience with Curley hair.

Excellent haircut / barber cut from Amy today for my 15 year old son. The salon staff make my son feel welcome & relaxed & Amy listens to how he wants his hair styled.

I have been a client of Julie’s for many years. She is an excellent hair dresser and very good at cutting, as well as being a lovely person.
The salon is well run and all staff very friendly and welcoming.
