Just got home and the first thing I want to do is tell everyone what an amazing experience
We all have what we want in our heads but the cut is never quite there, well I’m wrong, I explained what I wanted and the lovely KATE, yes I’m shouting her name out, did exactly and more what I asked for… I am so delighted with the short sharp choppy bob I asked for.
I will be back to see KATE without a doubt

My hair is Afro European and has taken me years to get into good condition naturally. Decided to take a leap of faith and put my hair in someone else’s hands for an afternoon. Best decision ever! What a wonderful team and my stylist Kate is a complete professional. Put me at ease from the get go, with the help of her lovely assistant. So pleased with my hair, thank you very much, will be back soon for that “curly blow dry” ?

Abbie was lovely, efficient but thorough with colouring my hair. Wash was relaxing with massage chairs. Ran out of time for cut, but deducted from cost so not an issue. Will be coming back.

I just popped in on the off-chance and got an appointment. So pleased with my haircut. Amy cut it just how I wanted. I got it discounted because I just popped in - and I got a 10,% off for my next appointment. I will definitely be going back ?

This is a very clean, bright, modern salon. It is comfortable and I definitely felt pampered. Really friendly staff, I had a hot drink as part of the service, which was lovely.
Kate cut my hair, I know her well, she is excellent. She cuts my fine hair very well and just as I like it.
I shall be back to see Kate at this wonderful salon.

I had been chopping at my hair for over two years myself and it really was a mess. Chloe was amazing and totally transformed it. She was a lovely , friendly stylist that made me feel relaxed and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the salon. Even though I only had about three inches cut off everyone has noticed and commented on how nice and healthy my hair looks. I’m definitely going to stop doing my own hair from now on !

At last I get the style I have been looking for, with Sophie listening to my request and definitely delivering exactly what I had asked for. Will be visiting again for definite! Thank you Bespoke Hair.

This was my first visit to the salon. Everyone was really friendly, it was refreshing to see lovely smiles from the stylists while they worked. Chloe was very professional and lovely. I was super happy with my hair cut, chloe was very resourceful, talking to me about vitamins for my thinning hair. Beautiful haircut and really good standard of care from Clara, I felt really looked after.

With a very painful scalp to contend with currently, Sophie was incredibly gentle in applying my highlights and shampooing afterwards. She took great care over my needs. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough

We took our 2 year old for his first hair cut yesterday. He doesn't like to sit still for long and doesn't like being messed with but Amy was amazing and so patient, his hair looks great! Will definitely be bringing him back next time. Thanks so much Amy! X

Abbie takes great care when cutting and styling my hair, even finishes it off with straighteners, which I think helps the style stay in longer. Love my fringe also, which can make a big difference

After not having my hair cut in far too long, Sophie was fantastic in dealing with my indecisiveness and explained each step so clearly to me. I instantly trusted her with my curls and she did an amazing job, I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Only my second visit as a curly hair cut customer but will not be my last. Julie is such a nice lady and knowledgable which put me at my ease. My curl pattern has changed for the better, I have been surprised how this cutting technique has made such a difference. Definitely recommend ?

I’m really sorry, I think my stylist name was Amy, I had a wonderfully relaxing hair wash and blow dry and curled.. I was feeling stressed out with work and felt a treatment would help me relax. Everything about my experience was amazing, friendly, welcoming and my hair looked lovely .. the stylist even popt the massage chair on whilst having my hair washed..

As always, very friendly. Easy to talk to and very helpful when making decisions re colour, and cut.

Straight hair...bob... so many hairdressers don't have the patience to be precise. I've lived here for 3 years and tried lots of hairdressers. Now I've found Abbie...I no longer need to keep looking!!

I haven't been to a hairdresser for ages and recently moved to Malvern ,it was really nice to find a salon so good straight away .Had done a little research first but you never know until your there . Clara was lovely my cut and finish just what I wanted .The whole experience was great and so relaxing with a wonderful head massage included. I would certainly recommend this salon and hope to go back for highlights soon

This was my first visit to the salon & Clara took the time to give me a full consultation. I felt safe enough in her hands to have something slightly different to my usual style & I love the results! I have just booked my daughter in for the bespoke curly cut.

I've been meaning to get my hair restyled for some time and popped into this hairdressers on impulse. The lady on reception was warm and helpful and offered me a same day appointment, a couple of hours later with Clara. I was very impressed with the way Clara listened to my requirements and produced the style I had described. During the cutting process I felt relaxed and confident. She is young, friendly and helpful. I have fine hair and it's not particularly easy to cut and style. I will definitely be returning and am so glad to have found a local salon and someone who can cut my hair the way I like it. Well done Clara!

Since moving to Malvern some years ago, I have been a client. I have always been more than satisfied with both the cut and the service.
