First time using this salon was pleasant, unhurried and a relaxing experience. Despite being male in a. female dominated environment, it was all good. Excellent hygiene precautions taken due to Covid-19 situation, but the atmosphere was calm. Thank you.

Due to the restrictions in place due to COVID 19, the salon had a fantastic process in place and made the experience enjoyable. Gareth was very good with my son as he had to go in on his own due to the restrictions. He made him feel at ease and my son was in a chair near the door so I could see him to make sure he was ok.

I was quite nervous about having my hair cut today on the first day of reopening but I need not have worried.
The salon was well equipped with safety measures and the whole team were friendly and welcoming.

Visited the salon today. Felt safe and secure with the covid restrictions. I was provided with full PPE and the salon was constantly being steralised so I felt very reassured. Lauren worked her usual wonders on my hair, I felt completely pampered..5 star service x

I visited Iconic for the first time today following the 50% off voucher they had advertised through Facebook. I found Rea to be fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and provided me with a lovely colour. All the staff were lovely and provided a friendly, relaxed environment. I will definitely be returning, thank you.

Firstly I have no issues with the quality of work. My issue is with the salon. A second price increase for a gent cut/shampoo in less than 6 months. Increasing by £5 last autumn and another £4 increase last night. No warning until time of payment. £28 for a simple gents haircut does not rate as value for money and am now considering future options for my haircut.
