Unfortunately I was really disappointed with my experience here. I have naturally very dark brown hair and asked for it to be lifted to a chocolate colour. The stylist suggested doing a balayage style so it would blend better when my hair grows. My appointment was at 12:00 and by 2pm my hair was washed out and blasted dry......my hair looked the exact same as it was originally. The stylist agreed to give it another go there and then as I didn’t have any other free time to come back in ( for this I was very grateful as she was due to go home) she bleached it again and blasted it dry. The colour looked a little better and had lifted more than she thought and after spending 4 hours sat in the chair I was just happy to go home. About 20 minutes later when my hair was fully dried and straightened It was clear to see that my hair was no where near a chocolate brown but more ginger/ red-ish with odd streaks of blonde! After rushing back into town and speaking to my normal stylist at *name removed* ( who has never had a problem lightening my hair to the desired colour) I came back to the Salon and explained my anger and upset. James and Gareth were brilliant in understanding my frustration and kindly offered to correct it for me or give me a full refund.
I only booked in with Iconic as my usual Salon was fully booked and I’m upset to say that I certainly won’t be returning or recommending it to friends or family.

One of the best days of 2020 seeing my grey roots disappear after 18 weeks!!! I love the way Gareth and the team have worked so hard to make the place feel so safe for clients...great job!! A huge amount of thought has gone into making the salon as safe as possible. I felt relaxed and the staff totally made me feel at ease with the new process! Gareth takes a holistic view to my hair so not only does it look and feel great after my appointment he is always giving advice on how I can manage and care for it myself inbetween. Highly recommend.

Mine and my daughters haircut today. Was brilliant Dom was patient & polite, our haircuts were above my expectations . I definitely left with a smile on my face. Even my daughter left with a smile and she’s only 5. Couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Thank you

Carly revamped my roots & Gareth cut & blow dried my hair today ? felt extremely safe was very clean well done to the team apart from no coffee & the masks same as always, fabulous ??♀️

My first visit to Iconic since March for a much needed cut. Gareth and his team have worked very hard to make the Salon a safe environment. Screens between each client, hand sanitising station, temperature checks, and all the team in full PPE.

I can give a glowing report of my visit to Iconic yesterday. I would say that the procedures for making the salon COVID safe are very comprehensive and all customers can feel completely safe. I certainly did. I was also very pleased with my hair cut and dye, A great cut, great hair colour, good prices and as always very nice staff.

I had a hair colour, cut and blow dry booked in today with Lauren. From the minute I entered the Salon, I felt at ease, everything was done to follow the COVID guidelines. My anxiety levels were instantly reduced, the atmosphere was very calming but very professional at the same time. All staff wore the required PPE. Lauren was fantastic, I left the salon feeling and looking like a million dollars! Thank you to everyone at Iconic and especially Lauren P, for making my visit a very enjoyable one and reducing my high anxiety levels. I will be singing your praises!

First hair appointment since lock down, great to have my hair cut and coloured by Lauren. She did a fantastic job, the salon was kept very clean and well organised, I felt very safe. The staff are doing a wonderful job, must be very challenging having to wear ppe all day.

Very happy with my relaxed lockdown cut, Impressed with measures taken to protect both staff and clients. Only thing I would have liked was to have been advised about PPE charges, happy to pay this to keep us a safe.

This was my first visit to Iconic since lockdown. In this current climate I was made to feel very safe with the safety measures that have been applied. The staff were all very professional and wore masks face visor and hair nets was very impressed with their ppe equipment Thanks again Carly really pleased as always great hairdresser always very friendly and professional.

Absolutely fabulous cut with Jeanelle today. I bought in a picture of what I wanted and she cut my hair spot on with that picture. I had several questions about colouring and she answered them with great knowledge and so I left with exactly the information I needed. I find Jeanelle professional, friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail and makes visiting iconic a great experience.
At the present time it’s very daunting to visit anywhere but visiting iconic today I felt perfectly safe with all the hygiene practices that have been put into place. The salon has been well set up and the checks and cleaning procedures put you very much at ease. It was great to walk in and although it looked very different still feel relaxed.
I always find whenever you visit the salon it’s always so welcoming and friendly and you are always relaxed and comfortable. The team are fantastic and should be very proud of what they have achieved there.

Stepping back into a salon will be a scary prospect but they really have pulled out the very best of safety measures I felt cared for and safe all the way through. Dom is a fantastic hairdresser and would not hesitate to recommend her . My hair was amazing and exactly what I wanted.
