At the moment folk who are shielded are wary of going to a hair stylist but here they need not worry. The standard of hygiene is excellent and all is done to make clients feel safe. The friendly atmosphere and excellent styling with close attention paid to what suits the individual make coming to Iconic a most pleasurable experience

From the minute I phoned to book I felt welcome, my hair was in a really bad way and broken off due to over bleaching not by this salon, Lauren was fantastic, I told her what I'd like done and she explained to me what I'd be able to have done at the moment with my hair being so bad, she totally transformed my hair, colour, length and was very reassuring as it was such a change, the team were all friendly, extremely hygienic through out, fantastic experience can't wait for my next appointment

I have used Iconic for years and can never fault their service. During the COVID period they have gone above and beyond for their staff and customer welfare. They are honest about colours and always offer sound advice. Lauryn is personable and always does an amazing job. I would never trust another salon with my hair.

What a difference 9 months makes! It's a shame that this pandemic is spoiling even the simplest of experiences. Iconic have taken all measures to ensure everyone's safety. Had full head of foils, toner, cut & blow dry with James. I hadn’t been in ages as being unwell and then Covid, so my roots were horrendous, but James made me feel at ease straight away and I was really pleased with the outcome. The hygiene standards were second to none and I felt perfectly safe and comfortable. Have had 4 different stylists at Iconic now as I tend to book last minute, and I couldn’t fault any of them. Great experience:)

On entering the salon l was made very welcome, great conversation, it was a lovely atmosphere, l loved my colour and style, but sadly l have stripes I my hair
Hi Theresa, thank you for you feed back. the The free nhs/ care worker colour offer included a full head application colour or a t section foils. You had a full head foils, a toner and a cut and blow dry with our creative director James. You were charged a top up pice of £22.90 for the extra foils £20.00 for a tone and £50.00 for the cut and blow-dry. We will give you a call and get you booked back in if you feel your hair has stripes.
It was my first visit since before 'lock down'. I was pleasantly surprised at all the safety measures in place and how easy everything was, in fact my visit was just like before 'Covid'

Today I had my first colour and I was so nervous, I knew what sort of look I was going for but was u sure if it would suit me. However, I didn’t need to worry! Gareth spent lots of time discussing with me what sort of thing I was looking for, suggesting the best way to achieve the perfect balayage and what colours/ tones would work best. The end result is gorgeous and even better than I’d hoped! Thanks so much - lovely salon experience even with the Covid restrictions and PPE! Looking forward to my next appointment already.
