I was quite nervous but also very pleased to be going back to my hairdresser. It was the first day of reopening but clearly everyone knew the necessary procedures to follow. Every safety precaution that could have been taken was. Despite the very different environment I felt safe & had a very warm welcome back. I left feeling a new woman & wont be as nervous going back!

Excellent safety precautions in place, felt very at ease. Still a bubbling, happy atmosphere despite the staff in PPE. It must be so hot and uncomfortable for them but everyone seemed upbeat.
Wonderful head massage from the chatty young lady (Ellie/Ella not sure) who did a great job washing my hair.

I thought Dom understood what I wanted x 5 years post cancer (loss of hair) and after working all through lockdown as a Carer x and just colouring my hair myself and cutting my fringe 3 times x I need a dramatic change, and I believe this will happen ! Am looking forward to a complete change ?

Due to the restrictions in place due to COVID 19, the salon had a fantastic process in place and made the experience enjoyable. Gareth was very good with my son as he had to go in on his own due to the restrictions. He made him feel at ease and my son was in a chair near the door so I could see him to make sure he was ok.

Visited the salon today. Felt safe and secure with the covid restrictions. I was provided with full PPE and the salon was constantly being steralised so I felt very reassured. Lauren worked her usual wonders on my hair, I felt completely pampered..5 star service x

I visited Iconic for the first time today following the 50% off voucher they had advertised through Facebook. I found Rea to be fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and provided me with a lovely colour. All the staff were lovely and provided a friendly, relaxed environment. I will definitely be returning, thank you.

Firstly I have no issues with the quality of work. My issue is with the salon. A second price increase for a gent cut/shampoo in less than 6 months. Increasing by £5 last autumn and another £4 increase last night. No warning until time of payment. £28 for a simple gents haircut does not rate as value for money and am now considering future options for my haircut.
