On entering the salon l was made very welcome, great conversation, it was a lovely atmosphere, l loved my colour and style, but sadly l have stripes I my hair
Hi Theresa, thank you for you feed back. the The free nhs/ care worker colour offer included a full head application colour or a t section foils. You had a full head foils, a toner and a cut and blow dry with our creative director James. You were charged a top up pice of £22.90 for the extra foils £20.00 for a tone and £50.00 for the cut and blow-dry. We will give you a call and get you booked back in if you feel your hair has stripes.
It was my first visit since before 'lock down'. I was pleasantly surprised at all the safety measures in place and how easy everything was, in fact my visit was just like before 'Covid'

Today I had my first colour and I was so nervous, I knew what sort of look I was going for but was u sure if it would suit me. However, I didn’t need to worry! Gareth spent lots of time discussing with me what sort of thing I was looking for, suggesting the best way to achieve the perfect balayage and what colours/ tones would work best. The end result is gorgeous and even better than I’d hoped! Thanks so much - lovely salon experience even with the Covid restrictions and PPE! Looking forward to my next appointment already.

Lovely stylist. Did a really good job. Did as I asked but I think the change of colour was to much of a shock for me. Dom was brilliant really understanding and changed it for me. Free of charge. Hair looks great really pleased with it.

Going in there with what can only be described as a questionably manly Bob cut, i saw how much work has gone into making it covid safe. They've reduced the risk to as minimal as possible and it immediately put me at ease.
James came over and I explained what I wanted and he just set to work on the mountain of hair. He's down to earth, very talented, a professional and just generally an easy going bloke. I've come out with a fantastic haircut, really happy.

What professionalism. This salon was just amazing before COVID, but let’s face it, until you have your hair done again, you won’t know how much better it looks when the hairdresser does it. So go on, make that call, treat yourself!

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with my experience here. I have naturally very dark brown hair and asked for it to be lifted to a chocolate colour. The stylist suggested doing a balayage style so it would blend better when my hair grows. My appointment was at 12:00 and by 2pm my hair was washed out and blasted dry......my hair looked the exact same as it was originally. The stylist agreed to give it another go there and then as I didn’t have any other free time to come back in ( for this I was very grateful as she was due to go home) she bleached it again and blasted it dry. The colour looked a little better and had lifted more than she thought and after spending 4 hours sat in the chair I was just happy to go home. About 20 minutes later when my hair was fully dried and straightened It was clear to see that my hair was no where near a chocolate brown but more ginger/ red-ish with odd streaks of blonde! After rushing back into town and speaking to my normal stylist at *name removed* ( who has never had a problem lightening my hair to the desired colour) I came back to the Salon and explained my anger and upset. James and Gareth were brilliant in understanding my frustration and kindly offered to correct it for me or give me a full refund.
I only booked in with Iconic as my usual Salon was fully booked and I’m upset to say that I certainly won’t be returning or recommending it to friends or family.

One of the best days of 2020 seeing my grey roots disappear after 18 weeks!!! I love the way Gareth and the team have worked so hard to make the place feel so safe for clients...great job!! A huge amount of thought has gone into making the salon as safe as possible. I felt relaxed and the staff totally made me feel at ease with the new process! Gareth takes a holistic view to my hair so not only does it look and feel great after my appointment he is always giving advice on how I can manage and care for it myself inbetween. Highly recommend.
