Had another great appointment at Madames but first time with stylist Molly she was so sincere and kind with my son's haircut it was like she'd been cutting his hair for years X a child with needs and lots of sensory needs she was so patient, understanding and gentle with him - we had another great haircut. I can't recommend the team at Madames enough we love them - they always make you feel welcomed and nothings ever too much trouble.

Madame's continues in their high standards of Covid 19 protection, which is reassuring to both staff and clients. The salon is always very clean and with a nice feel. Above all Adam is a gem in dealing with particularly straight hair. His cuts are consistently great.

I had appointments with both Adam and Louise today and they were both spot on, as always! They are always friendly, professional and genuine, and I always leave happy. All the extra hygiene measures put in place recently have been done really nicely, the salon still looks really good, the screens etc haven't taken away from the decor at all. The new processes have not taken away from the experience and it was a really easy, positive experience. Most importantly my hair and eyebrows look great! Thanks again guys, see ya soon!

As a first time client to Madames Hair & Beauty I found the experience excellent, all the staff treated me extremely well. The Government guide lines were strictly adhered to. The outcome - I received a superb hair cut from Adam, not only looked good it left me feeling invigorated. Overall experience was fantastic and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I always feel safe and well looked after .... and Adam is a Top Stylist, my hair always looks fab by the time I leave. Very happy as always.

Adam never fails to deliver. Always expertly competent at his job and a pleasure to know him to boot

Molly was very helpful, I have a broken arm and so getting my hair washed and dried was a huge help and Molly did all she could to make me comfortable

I had a brilliant experience today with Louise! She was really friendly and approachable and completely understood what I wanted. She put me completely at ease! The haircut was brilliant, it was exactly what I asked for. I’ve rebooked already!
