As a first time client to Madames Hair & Beauty I found the experience excellent, all the staff treated me extremely well. The Government guide lines were strictly adhered to. The outcome - I received a superb hair cut from Adam, not only looked good it left me feeling invigorated. Overall experience was fantastic and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I always feel safe and well looked after .... and Adam is a Top Stylist, my hair always looks fab by the time I leave. Very happy as always.

Molly was very good, funny and polite, a very good stylist and I'll recommend molly to all us kids.

Adam never fails to deliver. Always expertly competent at his job and a pleasure to know him to boot

Molly was very helpful, I have a broken arm and so getting my hair washed and dried was a huge help and Molly did all she could to make me comfortable

I had a brilliant experience today with Louise! She was really friendly and approachable and completely understood what I wanted. She put me completely at ease! The haircut was brilliant, it was exactly what I asked for. I’ve rebooked already!

As a anxious client, the new working practice felt a little daunting, but as soon as I stepped in met Adam I felt very at ease. An enjoyable experience and will definitely be back.

I was really happy with my visit to Madame’s.
I initially went for a colour consultation as I was hoping to go a really vibrant colour - after speaking with Adam, we decided it’d be kinder to my hair to go in a slightly different direction with a darker colour. On the day of the cut and colour, Adam kept me informed along the way and although different from what I first had in mind - I love the colour and the cut. Upon my request, Adam also recommended some products I could buy which I am really pleased with.
