Have never had a bad experience here have been using Madame’s for years An leave loving my new hair every time it’s the only place I go. I get on really well with staff and love the decor.

I was really happy with my visit to Madame’s.
I initially went for a colour consultation as I was hoping to go a really vibrant colour - after speaking with Adam, we decided it’d be kinder to my hair to go in a slightly different direction with a darker colour. On the day of the cut and colour, Adam kept me informed along the way and although different from what I first had in mind - I love the colour and the cut. Upon my request, Adam also recommended some products I could buy which I am really pleased with.

1st hair cut since lockdown began and 1st visit to Madames Hair and Beauty Salon. I've decided to support local businesses and I am very pleased with the result. Adam was the stylist. He made me feel very welcome .Nice environment. Would definitely recommend.

After I completely ruined my hair through a dying accident. Adam transformed my dingy locks in the wonderful highlights and after a good chop and chat I feel human again! He’s was lovely and gave me some great advice. Booked in again in 8 weeks. Super happy. Super service ?

Trying to find a new hairdresser is always difficult, Adam made me feel relaxed and welcome at his salon. The cut and treatment was fantastic, I was delighted.with the finished result. On top of this the standard of cleanliness was second to none.

I have been a customer at this salon for a while now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, they make feel comfortable.

I’ve been going to Madames for as long as I can remember but today was my first time visiting during the pandemic. The salon fittings, safety measures and the usual warm welcome made for a first class experience!

Due to covid 19 and the recent lockdown I was nervous about going but my hair was a mess. I needn't have worried. The place was very clean, with wipe downs between each client. My temperature was taken on arrival and I put my bag into a plastic box. Louise listened to what I wanted and cut my hair into the perfect style. I came out feeling much more relaxed and looking good! Thank you.

I go to Madames due to the patience and care they take with my son who is ASD and non verbal - the stylists are so patient, kind and take great care everytime. We were with Louise who was amazing and a real saint dealing with sensory issues and a very noisy little dude but I always leave feeling great - son has an amazing hair cut and mummy is so relieved - X can't recommend or thank them all enough X

This was the first time that Adam had cut my hair. He did an excellent job and now Iam no longer the wild woman with unmanageable hair, hair that had not seen a hairdresser for nearly 6 months. Thank you Adam

First time my son has had his haircut since lockdown.
Wasn't sure what to expect with the new restrictions but we were both pleasantly surprised.
Temperature check on arrival, hand gel then asked to wear a mask. With the new glass partitions you felt completely safe and to be fair they actually look really nice, quite classy really.
Louise is a lovely young lady, always friendly and does a fantastic job of my son's hair.
I couldn't recommend Madams highly enough, just wish I had hair so I could experience it. X

Have been charged 24 pounds for a haircut.When the website price is 20 pounds with wash and cut .Given me the reason that because they are taking extra measures for covid so they are charging more .Its absurd

absolutely amazing service like usual from Adam and the rest of the team. However, there was a mistake today with putting toner in my hair from Molly, I believe there was miscommunication within the team because I didn’t ask for toner and therefore my hair colour is different to usual and I have never had toner my 3 years of going to your salon. It was only until I got home where I saw the real colour difference to my hair. can’t fault the team they are amazing and were absolutely lovely. However I did pay £12 for the toner which I obviously didn’t know i was paying for because I didn’t ask for it and didn’t know I was having the toner put on my head, I have never had the toner on my head in this salon so this is where I was confused with the colour difference. My review doesn’t change how I feel about the salon nor the service but would like to make sure this does not happen again. Thank you!

Good service as always with an excellent cut.

With the new routine in place, Louise made this very comfortable and almost business as usual, sanitise, put face mask on, then it’s the usual gown and a professional cut and wash done.

Salon is top class well prepared for clients such good service can’t wait to go back

Today was my first visit to Madames since March. I was so impressed with all the safety measures put in place
The stylist wearing visors and other customers wearing masks. I didnt have to hang my coat up or carry my hand bag it was collected on entry and put in a plastic box which is then carried to your seat. It was a very safe and relaxing experience thank goodness for hairdressers.

Everything I could wish for Adam is an amazing stylist and an all round lovely person.
