I really have faith in my stylist Ben, he is brilliant with the advice he gives, great with colour and really knows the style best for me. I came away today feeling 10 years younger. There is always a lovely atmosphere in the salon and everyone is so nice.

I was recommended Rubies having recently moved to the area. My initial consultation was with Annabelle, she listened, advised and I left really excited for my appointment. When i arrived today Millie had been briefed - she knew exactly what I was after something noticeable but also subtle (if that makes sense!) and she delivered!! I’m very happy with my balayage colour. Annabelle then styled my hair giving me some gorgeous waves and I left feeling great. I can’t not mention the young lady who rinsed and washed my hair, she took her time, was gentle and even gave me a lovely head massage which just added to my excellent salon experience. Highly recommend the team at Rubies, such an upbeat and friendly atmosphere ? I will be back.

From start to finish millie has been amazing she has listened to everything i wanted and has done exactly what i asked for i feel like this is the best my hair has ever looked it has all been so relaxing too i feel like i have had a real pamper aswell as my hair looking amazing she didnt rush and really took her time i can not thank her enuff i am so pleased

My blow dry by Amelia on her training session and under expert tuition from Millie is lovely. Very pleased. The attention to detail being taught and out into practise in The Rubies Academy is excellent.
The Rubies Academy is going to produce some quality hair artists for sure.

Millie did supervision with Faith blow drying my hair and curling it too. Faith was excellent ☺️.. attentive and calm..well done..to say this was only her second time..!! Millie is a great teacher..so encouraging and inspiring in helping Faith to be the best she can. Thanks guys ❤️

Ben was a sound guy, I've always cut my own hair and my partner and son come to rubies and fully recommended them, Ben listened and explained when I wasn't sure what was what and gave advice regarding the cut and style and I can say that I won't be cutting my hair ever again, my partner loves the style and is relieved that I'm leaving it to the professionals.

Is there nothing you guys can't do! Seriously blown away today. I walked in really struggling with my anxiety and red hair and have walked out a new me. I felt completely at ease and calm through my appointment and Millie was so understanding and patient with me.
