Is there nothing you guys can't do! Seriously blown away today. I walked in really struggling with my anxiety and red hair and have walked out a new me. I felt completely at ease and calm through my appointment and Millie was so understanding and patient with me.

Hair washing is a relaxing time with a choice of a soft or hard head massage.

Every time I go for a fresh cut, I know it will be done to the highest quality, achieve the vision I have for my look, and will be tweaked and adjusted until I am perfectly happy with the result. The whole team are welcoming, friendly and foster a safe and inclusive environment. Queer folk can feel at ease getting their hair done at this fine establishment. You will not be disappointed. Also they play Madonna sometimes, so that's bonus points.

Unfortunately I was abit uncomfortable during the appointment I felt like my hair was being pulled quite abit especially when it was being straightened. So much so that when I saw the lady doing my hair for the wedding she has said she can see where parts of my hair have been pulled so it has been damaged. I wish i didnt have to write this because the stylist was lovely.
Firstly I would like to say a huge Thank you for your honest feedback, it's clients like yourself that make us a better team, so we can learn from our mistakes,
We have now put some extra training in place for the stylist, and checked the maintenance off our equipment etc I can only apologise sincerely and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
