Went yesterday for a roots and a trim roots was alright but the haircut was very bad, she did my haircut before and had been good in the past but this time she just cut my hair carelessly, I asked for a trim of my bob Which over grew my shoulders and wanted it to the end of my neck but a whole lot shorter hair just cut off she seemed in a hurry and wanted to finish with me and didn't cut it a as I asked her, I have a holiday booked and my hair is ruined,I'm never coming back

I had my hair coloured and cut with Izzy yesterday. I absolutely love it. I have gone from a harsh dark brown/ black colour to a lovely warm, caramel brown. She spent a lot of time making sure the colour was developing as it should and the results are so worth it. Thank you so much, it’s just what I wanted xx

I've been coming to see Millie for a year now. When I came, I had been box dying my hair almost black, but was wanting to go ash blonde as my greys were starting to come. Millie advised me of exactly what she thought would be the best route to get to my goal, whilst keeping my hairs condition. Today we reached the goal, and its so much better than I even imagined! What can I say. Ben knows my colour and he knows how I want my hair to look and styled and then he has works his magic. My style/cut stays in shape all the time, even when I go to the salon again for my next appointment to re colour and a cut. I ask what shampoo/conditioner for my hair, ben always advices me.
