Amelia was great. Her name isn't on the list above and i can't remember if she mentioned anyone else but Amelia was doing my hair.
She rescued it.
I feel much better and more human. I really like it here. Everyone is grand.
I'm such a ditz, coz i had to take my glasses off for a short while, blind as a bat...so then i felt a bit sick for the rest of the appt!! ?

I have been coming to Rubies since July 2022. I came in with short layers and no style. My hair now looks amazing! Annabel has been really lovely and cut my hair so it looks thick and in a style that really suits me. Colour has been done by Ben and he has listened to my thoughts and created beautiful colours. I wanted to change my 2nd colour today, which was a bit more work than had been alloted for my appointment. There was no questioning or thinking about it Ben got straight to work and moved around other clients to accommodate me. The team all helped.
