I wanted to change my 2nd colour today, which was a bit more work than had been alloted for my appointment. There was no questioning or thinking about it Ben got straight to work and moved around other clients to accommodate me. The team all helped. This was my first appointment with Ben as he had been recommended and I was not disappointed! He’s such a lovely guy and I’m in love with my hair! He actually did something a little different with it but I trusted him and I’m so glad I did! I’ll definitely be back soon ☺️

After spending time with Millie and the team of girls I always leave Rubies feeling positive! I not only get a great cut and colour from Millie but each and every one of the girls make me feel so welcome. Wow - so impressed ! I have been to many hairdressers in my life - indeed I could write a book ! Rubies has earnt my top award - it ticked all the boxes ! The atmosphere as soon as walking in - very welcoming- I had a consultation with Ben who tuned in with me as soon as we spoke ! I came away very confident that I was understood and that this time I just might have a good hair experience! Oh and I did ! As Ben got stuck into my re-vamp we discussed future colours and styles - he is an excellent hairdresser who is very knowledgeable and together with a warm and engaging personality made my visit an excellent experience !
I must mention Louise - the owner of Rubies - who was training an apprentice whilst I was there - by ‘eck - what an amazing tutor she is ! I asked Louise who trained her as they had done a dam good job ! Very thorough and was explaining the why and wherefores of everything she was demonstrating! I couldn’t hold back - I just had to interrupt and tell her how impressed I was !
In a nutshell - Rubies Hair Salon - excellent experience- highly recommend!

Always a lovely experience having my hair done at Rubies. It’s not like your usual hair salon, it’s like coming home and a family member does your hair. Always warm and welcoming. Always take time for a chat and a brew. Before finding this salon I hadn’t been to a salon for many years as I found them judgemental and just didn’t listen. Rubies is different, you are part of their Rubies family and are treated like a queen. Highly recommend xxx
