It was my first time at the salon. Millie made me feel welcomed with a brew and a flapjack!
Millie discussed my hair as I wanted to be very blonde from the root (with long roots) she discussed the process whilst wanting to protect the condition of my hair.
I left thee salon feeling pampered, very happy with the results and well looked after.

It was my first time at the salon, Millie made me feel very welcome and offered me a coffee and a flap jack.
She discussed my hair as I had a long root and wanted to be white blonde all over.
She was great at exposing what processes were required whilst also protecting my hair.
I left feeling amazing, pampered and well looked after.
10/10 booked in for my complimentary blow dry and for my next of many appointments!

I have recently moved to Yorkshire and I rang a few salons to book myself an appointment. Out of all the salons I’ve rang in Halifax and Huddersfield this salon was the most friendly and attentive. Even though they didn’t have an appointment available they asked for my number to call me back if they had a cancellation. But I rang again to make an appointment for the next day. And I went for my treatment from the moment i walked in to the salon the team was so warm and welcoming making sure to see to me offering a drink and they were so friendly. I’ve got to say I loved every minute I was there and the salon is so quirky and so pretty. Millie was so bubbly and asked me how I wanted my hair and also if she was happy with the way she was doing the treatment. Even little ruby was so sweet and polite. I will definitely go back again as I’ve decided it’s my go to salon from now on. Amazing team

Amelia did an amazing job of colouring my hair under the supervision of Louise as she is currently a student learning to colour hair Amelia was attentive to my needs from start to finish. All the team was really friendly, refreshments we offered throughout my time in the salon. It was lovely to see how well supported the trainees are by the rest of the staff in the salon.

I can honestly say this is the best hairdressers I have ever been too.
Why?
It’s really obvious that the customer really matters.
Ben always listens to what I want and I am always delighted with my cut.
The drink and a piece of cake is a lovely touch.
All the staff are friendly, polite and know your name.
I like the comments Board in the ladies toilet.
Great choice of magazines.
All in all a great experience, always. Well done to the Rubies team!

Amelia was great. Her name isn't on the list above and i can't remember if she mentioned anyone else but Amelia was doing my hair.
She rescued it.
I feel much better and more human. I really like it here. Everyone is grand.

I have been coming to Rubies since July 2022. I came in with short layers and no style. My hair now looks amazing! Annabel has been really lovely and cut my hair so it looks thick and in a style that really suits me. Colour has been done by Ben and he has listened to my thoughts and created beautiful colours.
