Excellent staff always do a great job on my eyebrows

I had my HD brows done today and was very happy with how they look, the staff was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend SAKS beauty to anyone and I will definitely be going back.

An early Christmas gift ?. My nails are now Christmas ready thanks to Natalie and my eyes are ‘festive celebration’ ready thanks to Alice, who also needs another big congratulations as her winning makeover image is on the front cover of the National SAKS magazine!!! I always go to Mel at Saks for my HD Brows and I am never disappointed as they always look fantastic. Excellent salon with friendly/professional staff. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows!

It’s always daunting walking into a beauty salon, as a very self conscious person. Everyone looks stunning and I always carry the hope that they can make me beautiful too. I always go to Saks, the staff have always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Today, their therapist Shannon was so lovely and genuinely interested in finding out about my day and catching up on things we had talked about at my previous appointment. I was surprised she could remember, seeing so many different people. Also complimenting me on ‘how gorgeous’ my eyelashes and eyebrows are - she definitely lifted my spirits and had me walking out of the door feeling beautiful. I love the regular reliability of my nail appointments. It's so reassuring to know that that I'll always get exactly what I want (with that added but of sparkle), services delivered to a high standard by a great team who all take time to make you feel important to them. Never ever had a less than fabulous appointment and love how flexible they can be even though they are so busy. They truly take care of all their customers and it's such a friendly place to spend an hour or so. I was not a person who did nails and beauty places before I came here but here I feel comfortable and relaxed. Long may it continue. Love the loyalty scheme too. Thank you to all who make Saks Halifax my little bit of heaven... you are all Saksational!

I came in today to see Katie and have my gel nails soaked off and new ones.
New colour swatches were very appealing and Katie instinctively knew what I would choose. Great service, happy girls working there and as always my new nails look amazing.

Been coming to this salon for six years and the lovley Melissa never fails to give me a beautiful and professional set of gel nails.

I've been coming to the salon for 5 months and I have nothing but praise.

I booked to have my lashes LVL'd with Natalie last week. I wanted to brighten up my eyes. The results have been brilliant. My lashes look longer and fuller and have lifted. I love them. Nat is brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and a really thoughtful therapist. I can't recommend her enough. The salon looks great and Katie the new owner is continuing the high standards we have come to expect from Saks Halifax.

First visit to new look Saks but certainly won't be my last! Had THE best massage I've ever had from Shannon-for a tiny girl she's got a fab firm touch! Only firm on the knotty bits when needed & very relaxing on the rest.

I have had LB Lashes done today by Lauren. She was as always very professional & the treatment was very well done. My lashes look amazing very long & curled. Lauren was very friendly & chatty the whole experience was excellent.

Mel was very good and professional, I am very pleased with the results, it was a little bit unpleasant but Mel put me at ease and explained everything that she was doing.

A good job was done but the price was above what I wanted to pay.
