My usual therapist Amelia wasn’t available this time, but I was in very safe hands with Katie, the Salon owner, who has actually been my beauty therapist for many years in the past.
As always, my appointment felt more like a catch-up with a friend than an appointment, such a warm, friendly salon atmosphere that keeps me coming back as a regular. Katie did an amazing job on my HD brows, getting them perfectly shaped and natural, and my Builder gel (BIAB) nails turned out beautifully with a classic French finish, so clean, timeless, and elegant.

I had such a wonderful experience at the salon, and I can’t recommend it enough, especially if you’re lucky enough to be treated by Amelia.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and immediately shown into the treatment room. The atmosphere was just beautiful: soft mood lighting, calming music, and an overall sense of tranquility that helped me start to unwind straight away. Amelia took the time to explain the treatment process clearly, then kindly left the room to give me privacy while I got ready.
As soon as I settled onto the therapy couch, heated, which felt like absolute heaven, I could feel the tension begin to melt away.
Being in my late 40s and an acute migraine sufferer, I booked this treatment specifically to relax, and it truly delivered.
Amelia checked in with me about my preferred pressure and then began the massage using gorgeous products. She got it exactly right, the perfect balance of pressure across my back, neck, and arms. It was deeply relaxing and felt tailored to exactly what I needed.
The facial was equally impressive. We discussed my skin concerns beforehand, as I have quite sensitive skin and can react to certain products. Amelia was knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all my questions. She even kindly provided me with a tester of the serum used during my treatment, which I really appreciated as I’ve struggled to find something suitable.
The treatment finished with a blissful scalp massage, which was the perfect ending to an already calming experience.
My skin now feels soft and refreshed, smells amazing, and my muscles are completely relaxed. I’ve already booked my next appointment and can honestly say this is the ideal treatment for anyone looking to escape, unwind, and let the stresses of the day drift away.

Although my toes look fabulous the treatment was quick and for what I’d booked I was out in an hour. I’d booked luxury pedi/gel/toe reconstruction, a treatment that is meant to be a facial for the feet. Should have taken longer. Lovely service just felt short changed. Didn’t have the peel but no reduction in cost.

Amelia did such an amazing job on my brows. She was very nice and kept our convo going. She made sure my eyebrows were exactly to my preference and asked me to let her know if I wanted my eyebrows done more, which made me feel comfortable and not shy to tell her.
