Had my eyelashes. Extremely unhappy with how they look, especially after a lot of people have commented on how bad they look. Will be going back in ASAP to have them taken off and hopefully my money returned.

I was worried this was going to be painful, however not at all, a little scratchy but not painful. My skin looked a bit pink afterwards but not sore or red. Apparently it takes a few days to start looking fresher, but it feels better already only had the treatment 3 days ago. Really pleased looking forward to my next one in march having booked a course in an attempt to reduce pigmentation and open pores. Lovely salon and lovely staff.

Very nice sensory heaven experience. Usually treat myself when it's on offer. Room was nice and warm with heated bed, unlike some salons where you wish you'd left your socks on!

Lovely modern, clean salon, staff are really friendly and attentive. Treatments offered are varied and very well priced. I am very pleased with my Gel Nails and HD Brows. Have booked to go back again this will now be my regular salon.

I've been coming to saks for over a year now once a month to have HD brows done by the wonderful Lauren. I can honestly say I would never go any where else I always receive excellent customer service by every member of the saks ladies. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and are always helpful when I have to bring my two children with with me. Lauren works wonders on my brows she is very talented and such a lovely girl. I look forward to my monthly appointments not just for my treatment but the girlie catch up and the positive welcoming feeling I receive when I'm there.

I've been coming to Saks Halifax for just over a year now and I can honestly say I wouldnt go anywhere else. I've always been nervous about going to a salon because i'm quite shy and self concious and have always generally felt judged at other salons. Never have I ever felt that way here, from the moment you step through the door you are greeted with a smile, coat taken and offered a hot drink or detox water whilst you wait for your therapist. All the staff are so friendly and informative. It's a lovely feeling when you leave the salon every time feeling great. Thanks girls - Katie

I booked in for the saks sensory heaven deal for my sister and I. Brogan was fab and made me feel relaxed straight away (I may have drifted off for a little bit oops!). My skin and body felt so much better after this, I might just have to book in for another one in Feb! A massive thank you to Brogan!

Hi, I absolutely loved my massage today by Charlotte. I thought she was great, very personable and professional and one of best massages I have had for firmness and relaxation.
The only negative would be that the advert states 90 mins treatment but mine was an hour and 15 mins. I'm not complaining but giving constructive feedback hopefully.

Had both lvl lashes and HD brows done by the lovely Naomi, couldn't be happier with the results. Reasonably priced, lovely salon, good range on treatments available and I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.

I took my little girl to saks for a little Mummy/Daughter treat. Lauren does my nails regularly and it's always really friendly and professional. She does an amazing job. I hugely appreciated the way to looked after my little
girl. She had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back.

Popped in without an appointment and luckily had to wait only a few minutes. The salon is comfortable and spotless. Staff friendly and attentive. Efficient professional service.

This is my third visit & Sensory Heaven treat and a treat it is. Fabulous offer and a total unwind & relax. I felt amazing (inside & out) afterwards and have booked in again for next month. Can't recommend it enough and Lauren is fab & the uktimate professional. Best massage Ive ever had.

I cannot praise SAKS high enough. I booked my appointment online and accidentally booked it for the wrong day so turned up a day early. The receptionist was lovely and booked me in that day only half an hour after I though my appointment was. I had my nails done by Brogan. She was lovely and very professional. Felt at ease and fully informed of the process. It felt like a real treat before I start a new job in the new year. Thank you so much. X

As always the team at Saks went out of their way to fit me in when I rang in the hope of a manicure appointment this morning at what I know is a very busy time. Usual friendly greeting and lovely manicure and enjoyed my latte and mince pie
